Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: In this short, powerful book, multimillionaire and bestselling author Steven K. Scott reveals King Solomon’s breakthrough strategies to achieve a life of financial success and personal fulfillment. Steve Scott flunked out of every job he held in his first six years after college. He couldn’t succeed no matter how hard he tried. Then Dr. Gary Smalley challenged him to study the book of Proverbs, promising that in doing so he would achieve greater success and happiness than he had ever known. That promise came true, making Scott a millionaire many times over. In The Richest Man Who Ever Lived, Scott reveals Solomon’s key for winning every race, explains how to resolve conflicts and turn enemies into allies, and discloses the five qualities essential to becoming a valued and admired person at work and in your personal life. Scott illustrates each of Solomon’s insights and strategies with anecdotes about his personal successes and failures, as well as those of such extraordinary people as Benjamin Franklin, Thomas Edison, Oprah Winfrey, Bill Gates, and Steven Spielberg. At once inspiring and instructive, The Richest Man Who Ever Lived weaves the timeless truths of one of our greatest works of literature into a detailed roadmap for successful living today.

Book excerpt: Though the world's wisest king, Solomon's heart was led astray by temptations of wealth, sex, and power. And we face the same dangers today, though the temptations may be different in degree and detail. Author Philip Ryken writes, "In witnessing Solomon's moral triumphs and sinful failures we learn how to live more wisely. By the grace of God, we may avoid a tragic downfall of our own and learn how to use money, sex, and power for the glory of God." Tracing Solomon's life from coronation to burial—and from godly devotion to self-serving excess—Ryken shows readers how to avoid similar downfalls and seek God's glory amid earthly temptations. Proverbs, Ecclesiastes, and Song of Solomon all show marks of divine inspiration, and each can be a blessing to the reader, but why would God choose a man who turned to idolatry to write these books? Dr. Henry Morris, author of the commentaries Treasures in the Psalms and The Remarkable Record of Job, addresses the enigma of Solomon and presents a verse-by-verse commentary on his writings. Having studied the Bible for 60 years, Dr. Morris' wisdom is also quite remarkable, as you will quickly learn as you read The Remarkable Wisdom of Solomon.

Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: The Solomon Wealth Formula is a revelation The Lord gave me while I was studying for my Sunday school lesson. I wanted to share some type of inspiration with my students that would motivate them to do something different in the New Year that they had never done before. I wanted them to actually look at their lives and ask themselves, Am I really living the abundant life God said I could live? If they answered no to that question, I would ask them why not? Have you buried your talent, have you dismissed your gift God has given you? While searching my spirit and the word of God for the answer and or a solution I could share with them the Lord dropped in my spirit Solomon. The scripture that came to mind was 1 Kings 4:34 which reads "And there came of all people to hear the Wisdom of Solomon, from all kings of the earth, which had heard of his wisdom." The reason that scripture came to mind was, I remembered all the people that came to hear Solomon's wisdom, they didn't come empty handed they brought him a gift of some kind. Now let's relate that to today's time. The people paid Solomon to consult with them on what they needed help with or what they needed an understanding about. So I wrote down to share with my class that one of Solomon's income streams was he did consulting! So I completed my notes and thought I had my lesson together, I would just ask them what specialized knowledge they had, then enlighten them on the fact that they could charge people to consult them. Just as I was about to close my bible the Lord said read the whole chapter of 1 Kings 4. To my surprise in 1 Kings 4 the Lord showed me exactly what Solomon did to create his wealth , how he did and how I could apply it to my life. So in this book I share the revelation the Lord gave me plus I give you step by step instructions on how you can do the same! Get ready to start your new life!

Book Solomon s Treasure

Download or read book Solomon s Treasure written by Tracy R. Twyman and published by . This book was released on 2005-10-01 with total page 248 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: It is commonly known that the United States was founded by men with a philosophy grounded in the occult: namely Freemasons, who saw in the US a potential "New Atlantis," which would guide the nations towards a New World Order of peace, democracy, and enlightenment. But what few people understand is the correlation between the esoteric doctrines of Masonry and the economic principles that underpin the American economy. Few understand that the dollar is a unit of magical energy, and the dollar bill itself a magical talisman. Although many words have been written by conspiracy theorists analyzing the Masonic symbols on the one dollar bill, no one has yet been able to sufficiently explain why these symbols are there, or what they really mean. Solomon's Treasure explains how the magic of the dollar operates. The creation of money by the Federal Reserve, and its exponential multiplication by the procedures of the banking system, is analogous to the creation and multiplication of gold in the metaphysical practice of alchemy. The members of the Federal Reserve Board are in many ways like sorcerers, conjuring wealth seemingly out of thin air and distributing it at will to transform the American economy according to their desires. The dollar is "fiat currency," declared into existence by the central bank in a manner similar to the creation of the universe by the divine words "Let there be light!" This system depends entirely on a religious faith by the American people in the supernatural power of the dollar. This faith is reinforced by the financial terminology currently in use, as well as by watchwords and symbols found on American money. These act as magical charms, and also as tokens of communal trust in, and fidelity to, the dollar as an institution. Every time a person spends a dollar, or accepts a dollar as payment, they are confirming their belief in the dollar, and using it to exercise their spiritual will. Even the familiar dollar ($) sign has an occult meaning which is linked with these ideas. Solomon's Treasure reveals the role played by the proto-Masonic Order of Knights Templar in the development of capitalism and the modern banking system. Because of their pivotal contributions, numerous modern financial terms, monetary concepts, and banking practices can be traced back to the Templars. Perhaps most shocking are the links between the treasure of King Solomon, purportedly discovered by the Knights Templar, and America's wealth. In Solomon's Treasure, author Tracy R. Twyman explains how time-honored esoteric wisdom principles of wealth creation have been passed down through the ages: from King Solomon, to the Knights Templar, to the Freemasons, and ultimately to the architects of the US dollar.

Why have they been blessed so favorably over the nations that preceded them in history? The answer lies in the understanding and fulfillment of biblical prophecy." "God's promise to Abraham was not limited to a small and ancient people in the Middle East. It extends far into the future, and it is not limited by national boundaries." "Where can we find the descendants of Joseph, the lost tribes of Ephraim and Manasseh? This list of blessings eliminates most of the nations of the world as contenders. To find them we must ask: Which nations possess these blessings in our world?" "When we understand that the modern descendants of Joseph are the people of the United States and Britain, we see that over the past three centuries God has been true to His promises." "Though the United States and Britain do not appear in the Bible's prophecies of the end time under their present names, God hasn't ignored these nations. He identifies them in prophecy according to their ancestry. Most people simply haven't known where to look for them."

Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: Du site de l'éd.: "The history of the Solomon Islands is in itself an intriguing story, and Dr. Bennett tells it more than well. The depth and breadth of the work is impressive in at least two respects. First, it covers events in the Solomons from initial European contact in the middle-1500s to the country's emergence as an independent and sovereign state in 1978. Second, all facets of colonial history are covered; to name only a few: the early contact period, the whaling trade, the development of plantations, the nature of British colonial rule, and missionization. Considering the scope of this volume, it represents a definitive history of the Solomon Islands, and it will remain so for many years to come."
