A través de esta guía, se proporcionarán consejos o estrategias y sugerencias de recursos para lidiar con el duelo y sus consecuencias; que pueden ser transformados en herramientas útiles para superar o ser de apoyo en momentos duros que se presentan en la vida. Muchas veces nos olvidamos de que existe y lo peor es que nunca nos preparan para el mismo, pero el duelo es un proceso natural de adaptación al cambio y una manera de lidiar con la tristeza y el dolor causados por la pérdida del que muy poco entendemos o sería mejor decir no nos "Educan". Espero que esta guía sea una herramienta útil para entender y superar el duelo.
