Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: A Powerful Yet Weirdly Simple Ancient Qigong Melted 60 Pounds off My Body in Two Months with No Change in Diet You Already Do This on A Daily Basis. You Just Need to Modify The Way You Do It. How Nice Is That! Fat Shamed... When I was first introduced to the world of crystals, it was a life-changing event. I didn't realize that I had been at the mercy of "energy" all my life. At my first meeting with crystal store owner, he told me my digestive system is in terrible conditions and he was right. This shocked me of course because he doesn't know me at all. Unfortunately, my physical condition was already near the point of spiraling out of control. I started coughing out blood clots every morning for two straight months. Within two months, My figure looked like the pictures of the gaunt Steve Jobs in his last days. One of the most common outward appearance of individuals with little life energy left is that of gaunt facial and body image. Even though I felt my life energy is dwindling, every time I wore my crystals, I felt alive again. I have the energy to get by and to survive. My faith led to me to many other "masters and gurus" from whom I learned neigong (aka qigong), yoga, fengshui and more. As I lifted myself from life-and-death borderline, I sought to raise my life-energy in any ways possible. One of them is eating. Another reason was I was living in a place with horrible energy. When you stay in a place like that, your instinct is to eat and eat. Yes, the place you stay in can have a huge effect on your weight. And this book will give you a way to counter this damage. Anyway, I become extremely overweight (5 feet 9 and over 200 pounds). I didn't really care much because when you are sick, physical image is the last thing on your mind. However, I eventually took notice when I had to get new pants and clothes that were multiple sizes larger and my waist looked wider than my shoulders. This is now alarming. Another reason is I got fat-shamed… This shocked me because I never experienced this before. Story in short, I quickly lost those weights in roughly two months. 60 pounds, to be exact. By using the knowledge of Qi, I implemented a weight loss walking meditation... No Change in Diet Required: The Benefits of Super Neigong And I didn't change the way I eat. I was still feeding myself a lot of food. Embracing Simplicity: The Easy Path to Lasting Results It is also simple. No Qi to guide. No complicated hand, arm, leg movements or gestures like Taichi or Qigong. No flexibility issues of Yoga. Unlike other weight loss programs, Super Neigong embraces simplicity. You don't need to be a martial arts master or a yoga guru to practice it. There are no complex movements or flexibility issues to worry about. Super Neigong is accessible to everyone, regardless of their fitness level or prior experience. Discover the easy path to lasting results and make weight loss a seamless part of your daily life. The Miracle Transformation: Losing 60 Pounds in Two Months with No Change in Diet Within a mere two months, I underwent an incredible physical transformation, shedding a remarkable 60 pounds. The key to my success lay in harnessing the power of Qi and implementing a weight loss walking meditation.

Book Visualization for Weight Loss

Download or read book Visualization for Weight Loss written by Jon Gabriel and published by Hay House, Inc. This book was released on 2015-01-06 with total page 225 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: In Visualization for Weight Loss, Jon Gabriel expands on the most talked about tool in his best-selling book, The Gabriel Method: visualization. This powerful technique helped Jon drop 220 pounds without dieting or deprivation because it didn’t depend on calorie counting or extreme exercise—rather it changed his biochemistry and neural pathways. In turn, this helped lower stress and its associated inflammatory chemicals in his body, allowing him to lose weight easily and naturally. Examining the importance of visualizing for weight loss, Jon takes readers through the latest research on the power of the mind in order to show why this technique works. And then he lays out concrete, unintimidating advice about how to implement visualization into their lives. In addition to teaching readers how to move into the most powerful brain state for enacting change, Jon includes visualizations to help readers: • Overcome disempowering beliefs surrounding food and weight loss • Melt away stress • Conquer fears of losing weight • Rediscover the joy of movement • Create healthy new habits • Kill food cravings and addictions • Achieve better sleep Jon not only provides readers with these visualizations but also teaches them how to create their own personalized visualizations that can be even more powerful. He then presents a four-month visualization strategy that can be easily included in anyone’s life—no matter what time constraints they face. As Jon found in his journey, the biggest challenge in weight loss is not finding the perfect diet or the perfect exercise routine; the biggest challenge is convincing your brain that your body needs to be thin.

Book Riding Through Thick and Thin

Download or read book Riding Through Thick and Thin written by Melinda Folse and published by Trafalgar Square Books. This book was released on 2016-03-01 with total page 432 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: Many if not most women have been locked in a battle with their bodies for as long as they can remember. And when it comes to riding horses, they drag their arsenal of self-doubt with them every time they step into the saddle. Some quit riding completely. Others ride, but are frustrated by their lack of progress as riders or what they see as poor performance. They succumb to silent self-torment as they wonder how they look, what others think, and whether they have any business on the back of a horse if their jeans feel a little too tight. Regardless of seat size, riding discipline, or the degree — or even truth — of the body issues with which they struggle, the scars on female self-image in our society run deep and wide. So with the humor and big-sisterly swagger that readers and reviewers have come to love, Melinda Folse, author of bestseller The Smart Woman’s Guide to Midlife Horses, has decided to step in with a delightful, insightful, fulfilling new book. Riding Through Thick and Thin delves to the bottom of the issues that have long held women hostage, bringing together experts, research, resources, and stories to encourage, inspire, and empower. Readers will find some answers that may surprise them: Believe it or not, this is not about losing weight or getting fit (although if that’s a point of interest, there’s a section packed with helpful tools and ideas). This book is more about what’s going on in every woman’s mind — and it taps new findings in neuroscience to reveal that permanent change to deeply ingrained body image issues is not only possible, but it may be much easier than we think.

Since energy healing is an oral tradition and there are few genuine healers today who can truly cure or transmit true teachings. In the author's travels to South-East Asia in Penang, he was fortunate to meet a remarkable master energy healer of Qigong, Sifu Yap Soon Yeong, who is the founder of Chaoyi Fanhuan Qigong (CFQ). The author soon became convinced that CFQ was unique in that it is the only energy healing system that is truly good enough to deliver on its claims on transforming mind, body, and spirit.
