A traves de la formacion de las ciudades y sus procesos de urbanizacion, la planeacion del ordenamiento urbano del territorio amalgamada por el analisis y evaluacion de la calidad medioambiental es fundamental para el desarrollo economico, social y ambiental de las areas urbanas."

This is the beginning of a profound and complex reflection that is, at the same time, a project of knowledge and an instrument of action and participation.
