Book excerpt: Some times the Shekinah Glory is mentioned in Bible study books, or theological works. It is referred to as the "Glory Cloud" that covered the Ark and the Tabernacle. This study of the Shekinah Glory of God begins in Genesis and continues through to the book of Revelation. From the beginning of the Bible to the end, the Shekinah Glory is manifested. The reader will be impressed at the last revelation of the Shekinah when he sees how much God the Father loves His children whom He has redeemed through the cross of Christ. The Glory of the Shekinah is seen coming down from heaven to dwell with His children on earth for ever. This manifestation of the Father is a new teaching to many Bible students. It is the prayer of the author that this book will be able to bring glory and praise to God. Amen! The author of this book did not take the well traveled road. He came out of the slums of south Baltimore. He started studying the Bible when he was a teenager and the Bible has been his life's work. He never finished high school and yet went to seminary first, and then attended college. He graduated summa cum laude, and first in the class from Nyack College, to get his Masters degree. He has been a pastor for many years. The Shekinah Glory was his seminary thesis. George Miller dedicates this book to his wife, Edwina, who asked him many times to publish his thesis. He has tried to simplify the subject so that beginners as well as the more mature theologians may enjoy this study and learn from it. May the Lord bless the reading of this book.

Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: Have you ever heard of or seen the Shekinah Glory? A photograph was taken inside my country garage. After developing the photograph, I noticed the appearance of a bright cloud in the picture. It is one of the outcomes of a VISION from God – HIS visible presence. In the Holy Bible, the cloud represented the presence of God dwelling (living) with HIS people (Exodus 40:34-35). This book tells of the journey of my faith, the significance of Christian inheritance and the importance of obedience to God. This book also tells of how God’s presence showed up in the willingness, unity, love and support of so many volunteers, dedicated to helping accomplish the goal of building a place where God’s spirit would dwell. Throughout both phases of completion, God’s presence was evident through fellowship, the Word and prayer. To God be the Glory!

Download or read book Shekinah Unveiled written by John Whitman and published by WestBow Press. This book was released on 2018-07-05 with total page 520 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: Many Christians believe and have been taught that the bride of Christ is the church, and this presupposition is widely held by scholars, ministers, and laity alike as though it were a biblical precept. Yet this view actually owes its origins to pagan heresy and mysticism that infiltrated the church over the centuries. In fact, the scriptures tell us who Jesus will marryand it is neither the Christian church nor Israel. Shekinah Unveiled examines and irrevocably dismantles the ages-old traditions that maintain that the church is the bride of Christ and that Israel was Yahwehs wife. Author and theologian John Whitman proves, from scripture, who the true bride of Christ and the wives of Yahweh are, and he explains why it matters to know the identity of the bride of Christ. Knowledge of the true identity of the bride of Christ affects multiple core doctrines of faiththe imago Dei, marriage, sexuality and the family, sin, Christology, ecclesiology, eschatology, judgment, bridal theology, and theology proper. And because the latter is itself the bedrock upon which not only systematic theology but each of these other attendant doctrines are founded, the very heart of Christianity is affected by knowing the identity of Christs bride.

Book excerpt: Essay by Donald Kuspit The first monograph by famed actor and director Leonard Nimoy, this eerily beautiful photographic study of the female form reveals Nimoy's intrigue with Old Testament mythology and ancient spirituality. The Shekhina, described by the Kabbala as God's feminine counterpart, is understood by mystics to be a crucial element of both divine and human spirit, symbolising the creativity and wisdom without which no being is complete. Here, Nimoy uses 50 duotone photos as an exhaustive investigation of his own spirituality.

Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: Achva was astounded at the request he had heard. He, the quiet, unassuming star-gazer was to go on a mission for the great Adam. Achva knew all of the stories of his heritage. He knew that Adam and Eve had been the first people placed on this earth by God the Father. He had been carefully taught about the sin committed in the Garden and the wily way that the Evil one could deceive. He remembered that when Cain had killed his brother, Abel, then the sacred line was passed through Seth. He knew all of the stories: Cain and his wicked city; Aluma who had escaped; Tubal-Cain his own ancestor and the valiant Shalomshamars. But now here was the father of all man-kind sending him, a nobody, to the great city of Ur. He had only heard about Ur and had certainly never been there. Ur was hundreds of miles away. How in the world could he get there, and how could he possibly fulfill his mission? “Bring Enoch home,” Adam had ordered. Just as simply as if he were asking nothing harder than bringing a fish from the market. Achva shook his head in wonder. Somehow he had found himself agreeing to this impossible and probably very dangerous mission. His thoughts ran wildly through his head. How could he have refused the Patriarch? How could he look into the depth of those eyes that had looked upon this world for over 600 years and say “no”. Of course he couldn’t refuse, but what in the world had he gotten himself into?

This book was released on 2019-01-18 with total page 114 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: Read about the supernatural ways God manifests Himself. In this book, you will see photos that can't deny this, can't deny God and His supernatural Angelic beings manifesting to everyday people. "In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth" (Genesis 1:1). God later looked at His creation and was pleased and said, "it is good". God communicates with His creation in various ways. To Moses, it was through a burning bush. He also led Moses and the Israelites through a cloud by daytime and fire by night. These presences of God come in various ways and are referred to as the Shekinah glory of God. We are God's creation and precious in His sight. God, at times, uses signs to show the world He is forever present. God has communicated to the author in various ways and moved on the author to document these events and share with others. God wants us to share these testimonies to build not only our faith but others'. Although we aren't supposed to demand a sign, there is no doubt God gives these signs for His glory. We hope all who read these events will be uplifted and later share similar events they may have had in their lives to uplift and continue to build others' faith around them.
Download or read book C G Jung and Erich Neumann The Zaddik Sophia and the Shekinah written by Lance S. Owens and published by Gnosis Archive Books. This book was released on 2017-03-19 with total page 30 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: This paper was originally presented in a Symposium: "Creative Minds in Dialogue - The Relationship between C. G. Jung and Erich Neumann." Symposium at Pacifica Graduate Institute, Santa Barbara, California, June 24–26, 2016. Erich Neumann (1905-1961) was indisputably one of C. G. Jung’s most brilliant and creative disciples. Publication in 2015 of the correspondence between Neumann and Jung—Analytical Psychology in Exile: The Correspondence of C. G. Jung and Erich Neumann—has opened new perspectives on the work of both men and stimulated a resurgent interest in Erich Neumann. Neumann’s encounter with Jung, begun in 1933 at age twenty-nine, was the transformative event in his life. But to a degree, the influence eventually went both ways; Neumann induced new perceptions in Jung. From the mid-1930s onward, interchanges with Neumann enhanced Jung’s understanding of the mystical depths of Jewish tradition, particularly of Kabbalah and early Hasidism. Neumann undoubtedly played a crucial role in Jung’s astonishing declaration—recorded in 1955, during an eightieth birthday interview—that “the Hasidic Rabbi Baer from Meseritz, whom they called the Great Maggid” was the person who “anticipated my entire psychol-ogy in the eighteenth century.”
