Elevation means he was exalted on that day and everyone that day was informed that he was nobility and he was set apart for his fathers use, the anointing was elevated with him. They who were given the gift of sight to see that day were able to witness his being anointed by the Holy Spirit and his fathers acknowledgement of this fact. (Matt. 3:17) says, and lo a voice from heaven, saying, This is my beloved son, in whom I am well pleased. Interpreted, look, and see a vocal utterance commanded from Gods dwelling place, declaring, I greatly love my only descendant, Jesus and he exists because he is mine, what is on the inside of him, his character originated from me, I favor him, he does my will and brings me pleasure.

The word is used throughout the New Testament. For our purposes, it is used to express the divine authority or right to cast out demons—“I have given you authority [exousia] to trample on snakes and scorpions and to overcome all the power of the enemy; nothing will harm you” (Luke 10:19 NIV).
