Book Shabads of Sri Guru Tegh Bahadur Ji Part 01 by Sant Hari Singh Randhawe Wale

Download or read book Shabads of Sri Guru Tegh Bahadur Ji Part 01 by Sant Hari Singh Randhawe Wale written by Kamalpreet Singh Pardeshi and published by . This book was released on 2021-02-27 with total page 114 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: This small book is the first of two volumes on the shabads of Srī Gurū Tegh Bahādur Jī that can be found within the section of Rāgs within the Srī Gurū Granth Sāhib Jī. Many Sikhs read the Saloks of Sri Gurū Tegh Bahādur Jī and focus on this dispassionate work but do not realise that the Gurū also authored 58 different shabads within the Srī Gurū Granth Sāhib Jī. The purpose of this publication and the following volume is to celebrate the 400-year anniversary of the manifestation of Srī Gurū Tegh Bahādur Jī to the earth. The ninth Gurū of the Sikhs played a pivotal role in the story of both martyrdom and the preparation of the Khālsā order becoming manifest. The one aspect that people tend to forget about is the scriptural writing by the Gurū and the influence they have on an individual to obtain a state of dispassion to focus on the reality of the true quest in life. In this small book, you will find the commentary of the shabads along with any additional stories that are required to understand the narratives being explained. This volume contains the initial twenty-nine shabads that are found authored by the Gurū within the Rāgs of Gaurī, Āsā, Devgandhārī, Bihāgrā, Sorath and Dhanāsrī. The commentary is taken from the 'Gurbānī Arth Bhandār commentary compiled by Sant Giānī Harī Singh (Randhāwe wāle). This volume comprises of the knowledge found within the diasporas directly linked to preserving the definitions provided by Srī Gurū Gobind Singh Jī to the Sikhs. I pay my salutations to this work as it provides an insight to the knowledge being provided by the Gurū to the Sikhs. It is for this reason I wanted to bring this knowledge to an English-speaking audience.
