He said he crawled out of the box dozens of years ago and has found peace and contentment as a result. For years he has been battling for cooperation among those that think differently to each other. If you can accept being kindly challenged to think for yourself and not parrot what others want you to blindly accept, Joe's writing is just the ticket. Subjects, such as baptism, are examined in such a manner that you may never see otherwise. Some of Joe's brethren have castigated him somewhat, even suggesting he was anti-Christ. Joe said that the folks that may take such a position are just where he was forty years ago and that these brethren have his love and tolerance. Joe's books are listed in the last pages of this short treatise on baptisms. These books are also written for study and are not preachy or insulting. They are written in plain words that are easy to understand.
