Book Semi Compact and Semi Lindel f Spaces via Neutrosophic Crisp Set Theory

Download or read book Semi Compact and Semi Lindel f Spaces via Neutrosophic Crisp Set Theory written by A.A. Salama and published by Infinite Study. This book was released on with total page 8 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: The aim of this paper is devoted to introduce and study the concepts of semi-compact (resp. semi-Lindelӧf, locally semi-compact) spaces in a neutrosophic crisp topological space. Several properties, functions properties of neutrosophic crisp semi-compact spaces are studied. In addition to these, we introduce and study the definition of neutrosophic crisp semi-Lindelӧf spaces and neutrosophic crisp locally semi-compact spaces. We show that neutrosophic crisp semi-compact spaces is preserved under neutrosophic crisp irresolute function and neutrosophic crisp pre-semi-closed function with neutrosophic crisp semi-compact point inverses.

Book Neutrosophic approach for enhancing quality of signals

Download or read book Neutrosophic approach for enhancing quality of signals written by Sudan Jha and published by Infinite Study. This book was released on with total page 32 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: Information in a signal is often followed by undesirable disturbance which is termed as noise. Preventing noise in the signal leads to signal integrity, which also leads to better signal quality. The previous related works have the major issues while reducing noise in signals regarding assumptions, frequency and time domain, etc. This paper proposes a new Neutrosophic approach to reduce noises and errors in signal transmission. In the proposed method, confidence function is used as the truth membership function, which is associated with sampled time intervals.

Book Neutrosophic Topological Spaces

Download or read book Neutrosophic Topological Spaces written by Murad Arar and published by Infinite Study. This book was released on 2020-12-01 with total page 16 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: In this paper, the concept of neutrosophic topological spaces is introduced. We define and study the properties of neutrosophic open sets, closed sets, interior and closure. The set of all generalize neutrosophic pre-closed sets GNPC and the set of all neutrosophic open sets in a neutrosophic topological space can be considered as examples of generalized neutrosophic topological spaces.

Book excerpt: As global great power competition intensifies, there is growing concern about the geopolitical future of Antarctica. This book delves into the question of how can we anticipate, prepare for, and potentially even shape that future? Now in its 60th year, the Antarctic Treaty System has been comparatively resilient and successful in governing the Antarctic region. This book assesses how our ability to make accurate predictions about the future of the Antarctic Treaty System reduces rapidly in the face of political and biophysical complexity, uncertainty, and the passage of time. This poses a critical risk for organisations making long-range decisions about their policy, strategy, and investments in the frozen south. Scenarios are useful planning tools for considering futures beyond the limits of standard prediction. This book explores how a multi-disciplinary focus of classical geopolitics might be applied systematically to create scenarios on Antarctic futures that are plausible, rigorous, and robust. This book illustrates a pragmatic, nine-step scenario development process, using the topical issue of military activities in Antarctica. Along the way, the authors make suggestions to augment current theory and practice of geopolitical scenario planning. In doing so, this book seeks to rediscover the importance of a classical (primarily state-centric) lens on Antarctic geopolitics, which in recent decades has been overshadowed by more critical perspectives. This book is written for anyone with an interest in the rigorous assessment of geopolitical futures - in Antarctica and beyond.

Book Landscape Modelling and Decision Support

Download or read book Landscape Modelling and Decision Support written by Wilfried Mirschel and published by Springer Nature. This book was released on 2020-03-02 with total page 600 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: This book contributes to a deeper understanding of landscape and regional modelling in general, and its broad range of facets with respect to various landscape parameters. It presents model approaches for a number of ecological and socio-economic landscape indicators, and also describes spatial decision support systems (DSS), frameworks, and model-based tools, which are prerequisites for deriving sustainable decision and solution strategies for the protection of comprehensively functioning landscapes. While it mainly focuses on the latest research findings in regional modelling and DSS in Europe, it also highlights the work of scientists from Russia. The book is intended for landscape modellers, scientists from various fields of landscape research, university teaching staff, and experts in landscape planning and management, landscape conservation and landscape policy.

Book Multiple Criteria Decision Aiding

Download or read book Multiple Criteria Decision Aiding written by Constantin Zopounidis and published by . This book was released on 2012 with total page 0 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: The changes in the technological and business environment have complicated the nature of the decision-making process in real-world problems, thus motivating the development of new operations research (OR) methodologies. The traditional OR context is usually based on a single objective approach using profit (cost) maximisation (minimisation) criteria. However, it is now widely acknowledged that such an approach overlooks additional factors which are also highly relevant in a decision-making context. This book presents the recent advances to the theory of multicriteria analysis, covering all its major aspects in a unique edited volume.

Book Blockchain and cryptocurrencies technologies and network structures applications implications and beyond

Download or read book Blockchain and cryptocurrencies technologies and network structures applications implications and beyond written by Lisa Morhaim and published by Infinite Study. This book was released on with total page 60 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: Blockchain technology is bringing together concepts and operations from several fields, including computing, communications networks, cryptography, and has broad implications and consequences thus encompassing a wide variety of domains and issues, including Network Science, computer science, economics, law, geography, etc. The aim of the paper is to provide a synthetic sketch of issues raised by the development of Blockchains and Cryptocurrencies, these issues are mainly presented through the link between on one hand the technological aspects, i.e. involved technologies and networks structures, and on the other hand the issues raised from applications to implications. We believe the link is a two-sided one. The goal is that it may contribute facilitating bridges between research areas.

Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: In the past four decades, information technology has altered chains of value production, distribution, and information access at a significant rate. These changes, although they have shaken up numerous economic models, have so far not radically challenged the bases of our society. This book addresses our current progress and viewpoints on digital identity management in different fields (social networks, cloud computing, Internet of Things (IoT), with input from experts in computer science, law, economics and sociology. Within this multidisciplinary and scientific context, having crossed analysis on the digital ID issue, it describes the different technical and legal approaches to protect digital identities with a focus on authentication systems, identity federation techniques and privacy preservation solutions. The limitations of these solutions and research issues in this field are also discussed to further understand the changes that are taking place. Offers a state of the discussions and work places on the management of digital identities in various contexts, such as social networking, cloud computing and the Internet of Things Describes the advanced technical and legal measures to protect digital identities Contains a strong emphasis of authentication techniques, identity federation tools and technical protection of privacy
