Hierbei soll kurz auf die geschichtliche Entwicklung vom Weimarer Schulkompromiss bis zum Beitritt der UN-Konvention eingegangen werden. Danach wird der Unterschied von Inklusion und Integration behandelt sowie Inklusion und Behinderung und Inklusion als einen Bewusstwerdungsprozess. Im zweiten Abschnitt soll auf die Probleme und Herausforderungen aufmerksam gemacht werden, welche das Konzept der Inklusion nach sich ziehen kann. Danach wird der Prozess der Benachteiligung an Sonder- und Förderschulen nach Blanck aufgezeigt. Der dritte Teil der Hausarbeit handelt von Problemen beim Vergleich und einer Vergleichsmöglichkeit durch das Schulrecht. Im selben Teil wird die Vorgehensweise von Blanck genauer beschrieben, die ein Analyseraster für den Vergleich der Integrationsformen entwickelt hat, woraus sich weiterführend verschiedene Typen der Integration ergeben. Außerdem werden, ebenfalls durch den Zugang des Schulrechts, vier Vergleichspunkte vorgestellt, durch die die Bundesländer anhand der UN-Behindertenrechtskonvention verglichen werden können. Mit diesem theoretischen Input soll dann der letzte Teil der Arbeit begonnen werden, in dem zunächst die vorgestellten Typen von Organisationsformen der Integration von Schüler:innen in das allgemeine Schulsystem in den beiden Bundesländern vergleichend betrachtet werden.

Die dritte Hausarbeit dient als Vorstellung verschiedener Ideen zur räumlichen Umsetzung von Inklusion. Dabei sollen exemplarisch die Bedürfnisse des individuellen und kooperativen Lernens in diesem Kontext beleuchtet werden. Es wird kein ausführliches und ganzheitliches Konzept vorgestellt, sondern lediglich einzelne Ideen zur Umsetzung aufgegriffen. Die vierte Arbeit untersucht, ob eine hohe Selbstwirksamkeit der Lehrperson zu einer erfolgreichen schulischen Inklusion führt. Ist eine hohe Selbstwirksamkeit von Lehrkräften ausschlaggebend für eine gelingende Inklusion? Wie kann man die Selbstwirksamkeit erhöhen? Da Lehrkräfte den Verbindungspunkt zwischen Schüler:innen und Inklusion darstellen, sollte auf deren positiven Einfluss für eine gelingende Inklusion ein Hauptaugenmerk gelegt werden. Neben einer Begriffsdefinition und der Beleuchtung der historischen Entwicklung des Teamteachings wird im Laufe der letzten Arbeit insbesondere aufgezeigt und erläutert, welche Anforderungen für das Gelingen der Umsetzung im Schulunterricht bestehen müssen und welche Vorteile mit der Lehrform einhergehen können. Darüber hinaus wird anhand eines fiktiven Rollenspiels aufgezeigt, wie eine beispielhafte Einführung und Umsetzung des Teamteachings an einer Schule aussehen kann.
