We are not growing or maturing spiritually, and we are making a rotten mess of our lives and of our nation—just like when Samson made a rotten mess of his life for God and his nation. Many pulpit speakers think that Samson’s big sin or weakness was women, but the author argues it was really the sin of always thinking about himself. It’s not too late to rediscover a godly life and save ourselves by studying and learning from the life of Samson.
