Book excerpt: I assume that effective reward strategy enables employees to contribute effectively and productivity to overall company direction and accomplishment of the organization's foals and objectives. If every human resource related tasks or functions, such as recruitment, selection, orientation, training, appraisal, motivation functions can achieve perfect aims in the shorten time efficiently, then the organization will have implement one effective human resource department. This effectice HR related functions will ensure its stable continuity and achievement to the organization. However, I believe personal element is the main factor to raise organization's effectiveness to compare other kinds of factors, e.g. good machine facilities, good working environment, good employee morale and organizational policy etc. factors. If the organization has good qualities of personnel element. Consequently, the organization should prioritize the development of the human element to maximize talents, skills and ability which will automatically reflects on the company's profit. So, it seems that company's profit raising up or falling down, it has relationship to good or bad personnel element. One firm seems to be an auto-mental machine factory, it needs to employ some people, through a conventional plant with similar capacity might require more people. So, the company ( factory) needs good personnel element for proper HR planning to employ the suitable workers to do the right job positions, it is known as a "manpower planning".Hence, training is one important function to some organizations, when the organization needs to train lacking technicians or raise to improve their modern skills of improve upon their talents and educational qualifications when it selects to employe these low skillful employees to do its any departments' high technical skillful jobs when the organization needs to change. Thus, the technical workers need to be equip themselves skills which will boost quality product and profit making of their organization.

Book excerpt: ⦁Good reward management strategy influences corporate strategyIn my opinion, it is very important how to implement one effective human resource (HR) management strategy, such as the development, award ( compensation) management, learning and training ( talent mangement), job evaluation ( performance management review or appraisal, selection and recruitment activities. Because if the organization can achieve one effective HR strategic plan, then it will influence its organizatinal corporate strategy to achieve more successful. Otherwise, if it can not implement on effective HR strategy, then it will not influence its organizational corporate strategy to achieve more successful. I shall give my opinion to explain as below: Ong Teong, W (2010) explained that one organization hopes to acvieve corporate strategic success. It needs to implement a result-management system to achieve results through and with people. The steps include: The first step is strategic focus: product/service delivery process, operation process flow, functional analysis, performance expectations and operation manual elements. Then second step, it divides two channels. The first channel is from stragic focus to achieve employee performance result as well as the another channel is to plan the management management( expectation), it includes: keu results areas, key performance indicates and target elements of action plans. Then, it will implement the third step of performance management and review, it includes: evaluation: motivating, communication, coaching and counseling. Next it will bring two channels to the fourth step, the first channel is either it brings control to implement the performance appraisal and the performance appraisal stemp will give feedback to the first step of strategic focus again as well as the another channel is to give feedback to performance measurement second step again.

In order to achieve company's maximum benefits purpose, HR planning needs continuous readjustment ( annual review) , because the goals of an organization are subject to change and its internal and external environment is uncertain. It is also complex because it involves to many independent variables, e.g. increasing skillful immigration job seeker number to compete in the country's local labor market or decreasing skillful labor, e.g. computer programmers, doctors, accountant, lawyers etc. occupation professionals sudden emigrate to other countries to seek jobs, consumer demand increases or decreases to the product. Hence , it must include feedback because if the plan can not be achieved, the objectives of the company will have to be modified so that they are feasible in human resource terms. The human resource plan process to one company is a cycle process. The first step may include that it needs to follow issues from corporate plan's strategies and objectives. The main points to be considered such as capital equipment plans, reorganization, e.g. centralization or decentralization, how to change in product or in output, marketing plans and financial limitations. After it gathers the company's corporatestrategic plan data. Then, it will implement its second step. This step may include three aspects:‧How to achieve the reasonable present utilization of human resources in particular: numbers of employees in various categories, estimation of labor turnover for each grade of employee and the analysis of labor effects of high or low turnover rates on the organization's performance, amount of overtime worked, amount of short time, appraisal of performance and the potential of present employees and general level of payment compared with that in other comparable firms.
