Desde este encuadre, este trabajo analiza la relación entre RSC y marketing interno, presentando el estudio de ambos conceptos en el caso de la empresa Sanitas. En la parte teórica, se define el marco conceptual y referencial de la RSC, profundizándose asimismo en la definición del marketing interno, se analiza la relación existente entre marketing interno y RSC. En la parte empírica se lleva a cabo un estudio de caso de Sanitas, presentándose una descripción del mismo y del modelo práctico empleado en el trabajo. A continuación, en el capítulo de resultados se analiza la dimensión interna de la RSC en Sanitas desde una perspectiva de marketing. Finalmente, se realiza una valoración del estudio de caso Sanitas, presentando las principales conclusiones del estudio, así como las correspondientes propuestas de mejora.

A continuación, en el capítulo de resultados se analizan tanto la dimensión externa como la interna de la RSC. Finalmente, se realiza una valoración del estudio de caso Sanitas, presentando las principales conclusiones del estudio, así como las correspondientes propuestas de mejora.
