This book was released on 1998 with total page 113 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: CE MEMOIRE DE THESE SE FIXE COMME OBJECTIF D'ANALYSER L'AERODYNAMIQUE D'UN ROTOR D'HELICOPTERE EN CONFIGURATION DE VOL D'AVANCEMENT, ET PLUS PARTICULIEREMENT DE REALISER UNE NOUVELLE APPROCHE DE LA MESURE DES EFFORTS AERODYNAMIQUES (TRAINEE, PORTANCE) S'EXERCANT SUR LA PALE DU ROTOR D'HELICOPTERE. L'ECOULEMENT AUTOUR DES PALES EN ROTATION ET DANS LE SILLAGE PROCHE A PU EXPERIMENTALEMENT ETRE ANALYSE TRES FINEMENT A PARTIR DE DIFFERENTES TECHNIQUES DE MESURE (BALANCE ROTATIVE, ANEMOMETRIE A FIL CHAUD) ET EN PARTICULIER PAR LA MESURE DU CHAMP DE VITESSE OBTENUES PAR UNE METHODE AVANCEE DE VELOCIMETRIE LASER A FIBRE OPTIQUE ET A GRANDE DISTANCE FOCALE. UNE NOUVELLE METHODE, BASEE SUR L'UTILISATION DE L'EQUATION DE QUANTITE DE MOUVEMENT, A ETE DEVELOPPEE. ELLE PERMET, PAR L'ECRITURE DE TOUS LES TERMES EN FONCTION DU CHAMP DE VITESSE, D'ETUDIER LEUR DIFFERENT ORDRE DE GRANDEUR ET DE QUANTIFIER EN PARTICULIER LE POTENTIEL DES VITESSE /T QUI APPARAIT DANS L'EQUATION DE BERNOULLI. LES RESULTATS TENDENT A PROUVER QUE LES EFFETS 3D SONT FAIBLES, C'EST A DIRE QUE LES TERMES VOLUMIQUES PEUVENT ETRE NEGLIGES. CONSIDERANT L'ECOULEMENT COMME BIDIMENSIONNEL, LA LOI DE KUTTA-JOUKOWSKY A PU ETRE APPLIQUEE AVEC SUCCES POUR CALCULER LA PORTANCE DU PROFIL EN ROTATION.

Book METHODE PAS A PAS EN TEMPS POUR L AERODYNAMIQUE INSTATIONNAIRE DES ROTORS D HELICOPTERE

Download or read book METHODE PAS A PAS EN TEMPS POUR L AERODYNAMIQUE INSTATIONNAIRE DES ROTORS D HELICOPTERE written by GAELLE.. LE BOUAR COPPENS and published by . This book was released on 1999 with total page 130 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: CE MEMOIRE DE THESE EST CONSACRE A LA REALISATION ET A LA VALIDATION D'UN MODELE DE CALCUL PAS A PAS DANS EN TEMPS DE L'AERODYNAMIQUE DES ROTORS D'HELICOPTERE EN ECOULEMENT INSTATIONNAIRE POUR DES CONFIGURATIONS DE VOLS QUELCONQUES (VOLS D'AVANCEMENT, VOLS DE MANOEUVRE,). LE MODELE EST BASE SUR LA THEORIE GENERALE DES NAPPES TOURBILLONNAIRES EN ECOULEMENT INSTATIONNAIRE DEVELOPPE PAR MUDRY. AINSI, LE SILLAGE EST REPRESENTE PAR UN COUPLE ($, $) OU $ DEFINIT LA GEOMETRIE DU SILLAGE ET $ CARACTERISE SA DENSITE TOURBILLONNAIRE. LES PALES SONT ASSIMILEES A DES LIGNES PORTANTES, ET LE SILLAGE EST DISCRETISE EN PANNEAUX TOURBILLONNAIRES SUR LESQUELS ON CONSIDERE UNE DISTRIBUTION DE SAUT DE POTENTIEL D'ORDRE UN. L'EQUATION DE TRANSPORT EST RESOLUE PAR UNE METHODE LAGRANGIENNE. LE LOGICIEL AINSI DEVELOPPE POSSEDE DES PERFORMANCES INTERESSANTES DU POINT DE VUE NUMERIQUE (PLACE MEMOIRE ET TEMPS DE CALCUL). AFIN DE TRAITER TOUS LES CAS DE VOLS, L'INSTATIONNARITE DE L'ECOULEMENT EST PRIS EN COMPTE A PARTIR DE LA THEORIE DE LA LIGNE PORTANTE INSTATIONNAIRE TELLE QU'ELLE EST PRESENTEE PAR GUERMOND ET SELLIER. UN EFFORT PARTICULIER A AINSI PORTE SUR L'INTERPRETATION DES DIFFERENTES CONTRIBUTIONS SUR LA CIRCULATION INSTATIONNAIRE AFIN D'ABOUTIR A UNE FORMULATION DES PORTANCE ET MOMENT INSTATIONNAIRES. DIFFERENTS CALCULS ONT ETE REALISES EN CONFIGURATION DE VOL STABILISE. L'INFLUENCE DE L'INSTATIONNAIRE DIMINUE LE DEPHASAGE CALCUL-EXPERIENCE PAR RAPPORT AUX RESULTATS ISSUS DE LA METHODE QUASISTATIONNAIRE. UNE SIMULATION DE VOL DE MANOEUVRE MET EN EVIDENCE L'ETENDUE DES APPLICATIONS DU MODELE. UNE ANALYSE DE LA DECOMPOSITION DES CIRCULATION, PORTANCE ET MOMENT PERMET D'ETUDIER LA CONTRIBUTION DE L'INSTATIONNARITE SUR LES RESULTATS AERODYNAMIQUES DANS CHACUNE DES CONFIGURATIONS DE VOL.

Book Transonic Aerodynamics

Download or read book Transonic Aerodynamics written by L. Pamela Cook and published by SIAM. This book was released on 1993-01-01 with total page 98 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: This volume offers exciting results, perspectives, and case studies for the treatment of problems arising in transonic aerodynamics. New advances including triple deck theory, analysis of stagnation at the nose of a body, transonic choked flow, and the transonic area rule are presented. Interest in analyzing the transonic range of flight, its stability properties, and especially the question of designing reduced drag (shockless or weak shock) airfoils keeps growing. Present day commercial aircraft cruise in the transonic range. Mechanical and aeronautical engineers interested in compressible fluid flows, design of optimal wings, and an understanding of transonic flow held about wings and airfoils will find the book invaluable. This book is understandable to those with a knowledge of continuum mechanics (fluids) and asymptotic methods. It is appropriate for graduate courses in aerodynamics and mathematical methods.

Symposium and published by . This book was released on 1989 with total page 0 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: The Conference Proceedings contains 38 papers presented at the Propulsion and Energetics Panel 73rd Symposium on 'Aircraft Fire Safety' which was held 22 - 26 May 1989 in Sintra, Portugal. The Symposium was arranged in the following sessions: Review of Fire-Related Aircraft Accidents (3); Fire Safety Standards and Research Programmes (6); Aircraft Internal Fires (9); Aircraft External Fires (2); Fire Safety of Military Weapon Systems (3); Fire Hardening by Advanced Materials and Structural Design (8); Passenger Behaviour in Emergency Situations (3); and Passenger Protective Equipment (4). The Technical Evaluation Report and and Addendum are included at the beginning of the Proceedings. Questions and answers of the discussions follow each paper. The last AGARD review on the subject took place in a Specialists' Meeting in 1975, followed by a Working Group Report in 1979 and Lecture Series in 1982. The purpose of the Symposium was a review of the present state-of-the-art and of the last improvements. Although the safety standards in aviation are already very high, there is still room for improvements. They are listed in the Conclusions and Recommendations of the Technical Evaluation Report and in the Addendum.
