En particular, se abordan los aspectos materiales del plan de restauración relativos a la rehabilitación, su procedimiento de autorización, modificación y revisión, las garantías para asegurar su cumplimiento y las potestades administrativas de control y reacción en relación con el plan de restauración. El trabajo se complementa con el análisis de los condicionantes que la normativa de ordenación del territorio, urbanística y de espacios naturales protegidos imponen al objetivo de la rehabilitación, y con ejemplos de rehabilitaciones llevadas a cabo en Galicia. La finalidad consiste en identificar cuáles son los principales obstáculos normativos que condicionan la eficacia de la rehabilitación de los espacios afectados por actividades mineras en Galicia y realizar propuestas de mejora.
