The publication states that the United States was never prepared to help create Afghan police and military forces capable of protecting that country from internal and external threats. However, to build a successful business in quality food products, the 'software' aspect is essential. It is intended to enhance understanding of the complex relationships in the route from products to consumers and offers practical solutions in this field.
