Par conséquent, le médecin généraliste a un rôle dans la promotion d'un mode de vie actif auprès de ses patients. A cette fin, en mars 2017, le législateur a inscrit la possibilité de prescrire de l'activité physique adaptée dans la loi Française. L'objectif de cette thèse est d'étudier les caractéristiques de la prescription et de la dispensation de l'APA sur le territoire de l'Orne et de dégager des pistes d'amélioration pour faciliter la pratique de l'activité. Méthode : Une étude quantitative a été menée auprès des médecins généralistes et des intervenants en APA du département de l'Orne. Un premier questionnaire a été envoyé aux médecins généralistes et un second aux IAPA. Ils ont été analysés indépendamment l'un de l'autre ainsi que de manière croisée. Résultats : L'analyse des 66 réponses de médecins généralistes (41% des effectifs) a montré qu'un quart d'entre eux avait déjà prescrit de l'APA. Les 39 IAPA (82% des effectifs) ayant répondu au questionnaire sont répartis dans l'ensemble des cantons du département ornais avec une plus grande concentration à proximité des aires urbaines. Le croisement des données a mis en évidence plusieurs freins à la prescription : l'absence d'échanges entre IAPA et médecins généralistes, une activité relativement récente dont la prescription n'est pas encore encrée dans les habitudes professionnelles des médecins, un coût financier parfois non négligeable pour les patients et des difficultés pour motiver ces derniers. Conclusion : Dans le département de l'Orne peu de médecins généralistes ont recours à l'APA. Plusieurs solutions peuvent être proposées pour faciliter l'accès à l'activité : adapter les méthodes de communication, proposer des moyens de financement de l'APA et intégrer les IAPA dans les réseaux de soins locaux.

The book locates the recent meltdown in the intense economic restructuring that marked the recessions of the mid-1970s and early 1980s. Through this lens, it highlights the emergence of new patterns of world inequality and new centers of accumulation, particularly in East Asia, and the profound economic instabilities these produced. Global Slump offers an original account of the “financialization” of the world economy during this period, and explores the intricate connections between international financial markets and new forms of debt and dispossession, particularly in the Global South.
