El capítulo tres contiene los indicadores relacionados con el turismo y su uso para el establecimiento de políticas, para pasar al estudio de la estadística evaluativa, la cual permite hacer inferencias una vez que se conocen los criterios que se relacionan con la probabilidad y la curva normal de Gauss. Esta parte desafía al lector para que cuestione los hallazgos de la estadística descriptiva y pueda tomar decisiones racionales y seguras.
