Download or read book REALISATION D ALLIAGES DE SURFACE SOUS FAISCEAU LASER written by GUO QIANG.. SONG and published by . This book was released on 1995 with total page 183 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: UN RECENSEMENT DES DIFFERENTES ETUDES REALISEES DANS LE DOMAINE DE L'ALLIAGE DE SURFACE PAR LASER, NOUS A TOUT D'ABORD PERMIS DE FAIRE LE LIEN ENTRE LES DIFFERENTES MICROSTRUCTURES RENCONTREES DANS LES ACIERS CONSTITUANT LES OUTILS DE COUPE ET LEURS PROPRIETES MECANIQUES, ENTRE LE CHOIX DES DIVERS MATERIAUX UTILISES EN MODIFICATION DE SURFACE ET LA NATURE DES LIAISONS CHIMIQUES ENTRE PARTICULES D'APPORT ET MATRICES. A LA SUITE DE CE TRAVAIL, NOUS AVONS REALISE, A L'AIDE D'UN LASER CO#2, DES ALLIAGES DE SURFACE EN INJECTANT TROIS TYPES DE POUDRES: DU CARBURE DE TUNGSTENE ENROBE DE NICKEL, DU CARBURE DE BORE, ET UN MELANGE DE CARBURE DE BORE ET DE ZIRCONE, DANS DEUX TYPES DE SUBSTRAT: ACIER RAPIDE M42 ET ACIER 35CD4. CHAQUE COUCHE TRAITEE PAR LASER A ETE CARACTERISEE PAR DES MESURES DE MICRODURETE, DE CONTRAINTES RESIDUELLES, DES OBSERVATIONS METALLOGRAPHIQUES REALISEES AU MICROSCOPE OPTIQUE ET AU MICROSCOPE ELECTRONIQUE AU BALAYAGE, DES ANALYSES DE PHASES PAR DIFFRACTION DE RAYONS X ET PAR SPECTROSCOPIE ELECTRONIQUE AUGER. TROIS SERIES D'ESSAIS ONT ETE EFFECTUEES: A. INJECTION DE CARBURE DE TUNGSTENE ET DE CARBURE DE BORE DANS L'ACIER RAPIDE M42 L'ACIER RAPIDE M42 REFONDU PAR LASER SANS INJECTION DE POUDRE ATTEINT UNE DURETE DE 1000 HV ; UNE INJECTION DE POUDRE DE CARBURE DE TUNGSTENE PERMET, A CONDITION DE MAINTENIR UN DEBIT DE POUDRE INFERIEUR A 3 G/MN, D'OBTENIR APRES REVENU UNE DURETE DE 1200 HV, DUE A LA PRESENCE DE MARTENSITE ET DE CARBURES DE TYPE M#2#3C#6 ET M#1#2C. L'INJECTION DE CARBURE DE BORE DONNE UNE MICROSTRUCTURE PLUS HETEROGENE OU L'ON RENCONTRE DES PHASES DE FER ET FER , DE BORURE DE FER FE#2#3B ET FE#3B, DE CARBURE M#6C ET DU CARBURE DE BORE NON DISSOUS: UN DEBIT DE 0.8 G/MN A PERMIS D'OBTENIR DES VALEURS DE DURETE COMPRISES ENTRE 1300 HV ET 1900 HV DANS LA ZONE FONDUE. B. INJECTION DE CARBURE DE BORE DANS L'ACIER 35CD4 L'ACIER 35CD4 REFONDU PAR LASER A UNE DURETE DE 800 HV DUE A LA MARTENSITE ET NE PRESENTE NI FISSURE NI POROSITE. L'INJECTION DE CARBURE DE BORE AVEC DEBIT DE POUDRE OPTIMISE PERMET L'OBTENTION D'UN CORDON NON POREUX ET SANS FISSURE A CONDITION DE PRECHAUFFER PREALABLEMENT: DANS CE CAS, LA DURETE VARIANT DE 1400 A 1800 HV EST DUE A UNE STRUCTURE TRES FINE ET HOMOGENE OU LE CARBURE DE BORE BIEN DISSOUS PERMET LA DIFFUSION DU BORE ET DU CARBONE AINSI QUE LA FORMATION DE BORURE DE FER FE#2B (1800 HV) ET D'EUTECTIQUES TRES FINS. L'ACIER 35CD4 TRAITE PAR LASER VOIT AINSI SES PROPRIETES DE SURFACE REJOINDRE CELLES DES ACIERS RAPIDES PLUS CHERS ET GENERALEMENT PLUS PERFORMANTS. C. INJECTION D'UN MELANGE B#4C ET ZIRCONE ZRO#2 DANS L'ACIER 35CD4 LE BUT DE CETTE INJECTION EST D'OPTIMISER LES CONDITIONS OPERATOIRES RENCONTREES AVEC LE B#4C SEUL EN UTILISANT DE LA ZIRCONE PERMETTANT DE SUPPRIMER L'ETAPE DE PRECHAUFFAGE INDISPENSABLE A LA DISPARITION DES FISSURES: EN EFFET ZRO#2 INTRODUIT DES CONTRAINTES EN COMPRESSION DANS LA ZONE FONDUE QUI PERMET DE REFERMER LES FISSURES. ZRO#2 SE TROUVE ALORS A L'ETAT DE PHASE TETRAGONALE INSTABLE A L'INTERIEUR DE LA ZONE FONDUE QUI PRESENTE UNE DURETE CONSTANTE DE 1400 HV SUR UNE PROFONDEUR DE 1.8 MM. MAIS SURTOUT, D'UN POINT DE VUE THEORIQUE, CETTE ETUDE NOUS A PERMIS D'ETABLIR LE ROLE STABILISANT JOUE PAR L'OXYDE DE ZIRCONIUM AU NIVEAU DE LA REPARTITION DES CONTRAINTES OCCASIONNEES PAR L'INTRODUCTION DE PARTICULES DURES DANS UN SUBSTRAT SOUS FAISCEAU LASER ET DE PRECISER AINSI LES DIFFERENTS MECANISMES QUI ENTRENT EN JEU LORS DE LA SOLIDIFICATION DE TELS ALLIAGES

Book ALLIAGES DE SURFACE ET DE REVETEMENTS ELABORES SOUS FAISCEAU LASER PAR PROJECTION DE POUDRE SUR SUBSTRAT BASE ALUMINIUM

Download or read book ALLIAGES DE SURFACE ET DE REVETEMENTS ELABORES SOUS FAISCEAU LASER PAR PROJECTION DE POUDRE SUR SUBSTRAT BASE ALUMINIUM written by PIERRE.. SALLAMAND and published by . This book was released on 1994 with total page 229 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: DEVANT LA NECESSITE CROISSANTE DE TRAITER LA SURFACE DES MATERIAUX, NOUS AVONS CHOISI D'ETUDIER LA TECHNIQUE D'ELABORATION D'ALLIAGES OU DE REVETEMENTS DE SURFACE PAR PROJECTION DE POUDRE ASSISTEE PAR FAISCEAU LASER CO2. CETTE METHODE PRESENTE L'AVANTAGE D'OBTENIR UN DEPOT DE COMPOSITION DETERMINEE ET EN UNE SEULE ETAPE. DANS CE BUT, NOUS AVONS DEVELOPPE UN SYSTEME D'INJECTION DE LA POUDRE COAXIAL AU FAISCEAU LASER, PERMETTANT LA REALISATION DE TRAITEMENTS MULTIDIRECTIONNELS. CETTE BUSE EST BASEE SUR LE PRINCIPE DE DEUX VORTEX INTERAGISSANT POUR QUE LE JET DE POUDRE, A LA SORTIE DE LA BUSE, SOIT SOUS FORME CYLINDRIQUE AVEC UNE REPARTITION DES GRAINS HOMOGENES DANS TOUT LE VOLUME. LE BON FONCTIONNEMENT DU SYSTEME EST LA PIERRE ANGULAIRE DE LA TECHNIQUE. NOUS AVONS ALORS PU ELABORER DES ALLIAGES DE SURFACE BASE AL-NI, DES REVETEMENTS COMPOSITES A MATRICE METALLIQUE (MATRICE: AL-NI; RENFORTS: CARBURE DE TITANE), AINSI QUE DES ALLIAGES QUASICRISTALLINS (AL-CU-FE) SUR DES SUBSTRATS BASE ALUMINIUM. LES CARACTERISATIONS MICROSTRUCTURALE ET MECANIQUE MONTRENT QUE LA MICROSTRUCTURE DES ALLIAGES ALNI EST CONSTITUE DE DENDRITES D'AL3NI ET AL3NI2, CONFERANT A L'ALLIAGE UNE DURETE POUVANT ATTEINDRE 600 HV ET UN MODULE D'ELASTICITE DE 130 GPA; L'AJOUT DE CARBURE DE TITANE ENTRAINE PEU DE CHANGEMENT DE MICROSTRUCTURE MAIS ELEVE LA DURETE MOYENNE VERS 800 HV ET LE MODULE A 180 GPA. LA CARACTERISATION TRIBOLOGIQUE DE CES DERNIERS, REVELE UN COMPORTEMENT DES PLUS INTERESSANT NOTAMMENT EN REGIME DE GLISSEMENT TOTAL. LES ALLIAGES QUASICRISTALLINS POSSEDENT UNE DURETE ELEVEE (700 HV), MAIS POSENT ENCORE QUELQUES PROBLEMES D'ELABORATION. NOUS AVONS MONTRE PAR NOS RESULTATS, QUE CETTE TECHNIQUE EST ADAPTEE POUR OBTENIR DES TRAITEMENTS DE SURFACE DE FORTES EPAISSEURS (1 MM) AVEC DE HAUTES PROPRIETES, PAR UN CHOIX APPROPRIE DU MATERIAU D'APPORT

Book Dictionary of Civil Engineering

Download or read book Dictionary of Civil Engineering written by Jean-Paul Kurtz and published by Springer Science & Business Media. This book was released on 2004-09-14 with total page 1520 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: I am pleased to present a work which marks a milestone in the history of public works and, more precisely, in that of permanent structures—a comprehensive dictionary of Civil Engineering terms. Since the beginning of time, Man has always tried to find a means to clear the obstacles which nature erected to displace him. With the first tree trunk thrown across a river, man sought to improve the crossing structure. After the invention of the wheel, and to satisfy his thirst for conquest (Roman ways), and comfort (aqueducts), man built bridges that became a preremptory necessity to move quickly. Thus, Man started to build wooden and masonry works. With the passing centuries, the builders became masters in the art of building masonry works. Then came the Industrial Revolution and the advent of the steel (1864), which was closely followed by the invention of the reinforced concrete (1855). The need for railways and improving the road network inspired great works of crossing such as viaducts and tunnels. The boom of the railway network and the development of the car required the construction of an increasing number of new structures. This phenomenon continues today with hundreds of structures built each year throughout the world.

Book Introduction to Surface Engineering

Download or read book Introduction to Surface Engineering written by P. A. Dearnley and published by Cambridge University Press. This book was released on 2017-01-16 with total page 798 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: This highly illustrated reference work covers the three principal types of surface technologies that best protect engineering devices and products: diffusion technologies, deposition technologies, and other less commonly acknowledged surface engineering (SE) techniques. Various applications are noted throughout the text and additionally whole chapters are devoted to specific SE applications across the automotive, gas turbine engine (GTE), metal machining, and biomedical implant sectors. Along with the benefits of SE, this volume also critically examines SE's limitations. Materials degradation pathways - those which can and those which cannot be mitigated by SE - are rigorously explained. Written from a scientific, materials engineering perspective, this concise text is supported by high-quality images and photo-micrographs which show how surfaces can be engineered to overcome the limits of conventionally produced materials, even in complex or hostile operating environments. This book is a useful resource for undergraduate and postgraduate students as well as professional engineers.
