Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: An effective revolutionary and new dual approach called Rapid Core Healing (RCH) is a succinct, holistic strategy for psychological healing and growth. In this innovative guide to assisting people dealing with trauma, conflict, and a wide range of emotional and relational issues, Yildiz Sethi provides an introduction to the dual approach of Family Constellations and Emotional Mind Integration (EMI) as RCH. Drawing from her experience as a Rapid Core Healing psychotherapist, clinical hypnotherapist, and Family Constellation practitioner, Sethi developed RCH for effective therapeutic resolutions to emotional healing that follow rapid core healing pathways. Fundamentally RCH is composed of two methods: - EMI to facilitate the location, resolution, and integration of conflicting or disturbed parts of the psyche into the greater personality. - Family Constellations to enable people to find a healthier place with their family of origin, resulting in better inner and relational connections in the present. Rapid Core Healing Pathways to Growth and Emotional Integration is for those looking for a holistic approach to overcoming trauma, such as conflict management, emotional and relational issues, and sexual abuse or domestic violence. This book is a great resource for counsellors and mental health professionals and for those working on their own personal development.

I do believe that it is a very simple and easy way that anyone can learn. We are evolving spiritually at a very rapid pace now. I have spent more than a quarter of a century in one of the traditional approaches to healing. This was the very best available at the time. It was a very deep body-centered therapy dealing with repressed emotions, bringing them up and healing them. Now a more rapid form of healing has been revealed that is so simple that you can take your own power and be your own healer in partnership with the Master Jesus or any of the many Master's and Guides that are assisting humanityThe tools for transformation are presented in section 1. The Rapid Healing Technique section 2 is a guide in assisting you in many of the day to day living challenges and conflicts with self and relationships. Section 2 gives you more tools for spiritual growth and insight for applying the release healing techniques, raising your vibration to another level. It is designed to open your awareness and move you in a forward direction. This book is a workbook for life. It motivates dedication to yourself and your growth. It will make you stronger if you pursue the processes. It will raise your vibration and lead you to your path if you do not already know what that is. It will give you a greater understanding of what is behind the veil that awaits all humans eventually; a glimpse into the heavens. It is my pleasure to present this information for the expansion of humanity and the healing of the planet, Mother Earth.

Book Energy Tapping for Trauma

Download or read book Energy Tapping for Trauma written by Fred Gallo and published by New Harbinger Publications. This book was released on 2007-08-01 with total page 180 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: Energy psychology is a scientifically validated body of research and core set of treatment techniques that conceptualizes thoughts, feelings, emotions, and other psychological phenomena as manifestations of energy working though the system of the human body. If some psychological phenomenon is causing pain, distress, or a lack of function to an individual, the somatic techniques of energy psychology work to disrupt the flow of energy causing that phenomenon. One of the more common techniques in the energy psychology repertoire is called energy tapping, a practice, similar to acupressure, that involves manipulating and tapping certain points along the body's energy meridians to influence psychological events. In this new book, author Fred Gallo applies energy psychology techniques specifically to recovering from acute trauma and post-traumatic stress symptoms. Some techniques in this book are adapted from Energy Tapping by Fred Gallo and Harry Vincenzi. Energy Tapping for Trauma offers a concise overview of how trauma affects us and why certain aspects of traumatic experience can linger as post-traumatic stress. The book adapts energy psychology techniques into simple, effective strategies for 'short-circuiting' the emotional problems associated with trauma. Throughout, the book advocates for a balanced and sensible 'whole-person' approach to dealing with and recovering from a traumatic event. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: “Dr. Botkin has hit upon a fascinating and powerful new tool that may not only help clients cope with their losses, but also breaks new ground in understanding life and death.” —Bruce Greyson, MD, bestselling author of After “A must read for all serious students of death and dying.”—Raymond Moody, MD, PhD Induced After Death Communication (IADC) is a therapy for grief and trauma that has helped thousands of people come to terms with their loss by allowing them the experience of private communication with their departed loved ones. This is the definitive book on the subject. Botkin, a clinical psychologist, created the therapy while counseling Vietnam veterans in his work at a Chicago area VA hospital. Botkin recounts his initial—accidental—discovery of IADC during therapy sessions with Sam, a Vietnam vet haunted by the memory of a Vietnamese girl he couldn't save. During the session, quite unexpectedly, Sam saw a vision of the girl's spirit, who told him everything was okay; she was at peace now. This single moment surpassed months--years--of therapy, and allowed Sam to reconnect with his family. Since that 1995 discovery, Botkin has used IADC to successfully treat countless patients—the book includes dozens of case examples—and has taught the procedure to therapists around the country. This is the inside story of a revolutionary therapy that will profoundly affect how grief and trauma are understood and treated.

This book was released on 2016-05-23 with total page 236 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: The Rapid Healing Technique Book One gives you the tools for transformation. It is for the many people who are on the spiritual path, no matter what part of the path you are on. This book is meant to empower you and give you the tools to heal yourself. There is an old saying, "There are many roads that lead to Rome," just as there are many paths that lead to God. The Rapid Healing Technique is only one way. I do believe that it is a very simple and easy way that anyone can learn. We are evolving spiritually at a very rapid rate now. I have spent more than a quarter of a century in one of the traditional approaches to healing. This was the very best available at the time. It was a very deep body-centered therapy dealing with repressed emotions, bringing them up and healing them. Now a more rapid form of healing has been revealed that is so simple that you can take your own power and be your own healer in partnership with the Master Jesus or any of the Masters that you feel a connection to.. If one feels stuck, a therapist in the Rapid Healing Technique can be helpful; but for the most part, you can be your own healer. This work will be especially easy for people who have done other types of healing work as they understand the healing process and have had experience in dealing with their feelings. The only difference is that you move very quickly through your feelings. Therapists will find the Rapid Healing Technique extremely beneficial for clients, assisting them in their practice. It is also very helpful for those who cannot seem to access their feelings and have symptoms to deal with. In my own practice, I sometimes use hypnosis work to get to the issues and then use the Rapid Healing Technique to heal the issues. For myself, because I had done so much emotional release work, I have used it both ways, removing fears as well as using it very extensively on a symptomatic level. I had polio at an early age (15 months old) that left me with a smaller left leg and a limp; there were still symptoms that had never been dealt with on a very deep cellular level. I feel these issues were at the very core of my being. The Rapid Healing Technique has allowed me to release tremendous tension on a very deep level. There will always be some mystery in the spiritual realm that we will not understand, but that also creates a challenge to keep moving toward a higher good within ourselves to move inward and upward.

Book Healing The Path to Freedom

Download or read book Healing The Path to Freedom written by Dr. Michael D. Winer and published by Archway Publishing. This book was released on 2014-08-20 with total page 353 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: Praise for Healing: The Path to Freedom: "What Michael has apparently discovered and teaches is that how we interact with life, moment by moment, particularly our feeling experience, is visibly at the core of everything. From the broken things to the extraordinary things, it is nowhere else but the place that no one thinks to look--literally in ourselves. The remarkable, almost unique aspect of Michael's work is that everything he does and teaches points you back to the truth of your own tangible experience. If you want to entertain the possibility of real change, this can be an excellent place to do it. If you seek to preserve your status quo, well, this may not be the place. The work is not easy, though it is simple and clear. It's also not necessarily a quick fix, though some experience rapid results. Expect change and be prepared to see that life is not (only) what you thought it was. In today's increasingly small world, sticking one's head in the sand is becoming a less and less viable option as hiding places become hard to find. Michael's work is all about strongly engaging life and finding the only reliable refuge: your true self." -- Marc Glassgold

Book The Brain s Way of Healing

Download or read book The Brain s Way of Healing written by Norman Doidge and published by Penguin. This book was released on 2015-01-27 with total page 448 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: NEW YORK TIMES BESTSELLER The New York Times–bestselling author of The Brain That Changes Itself presents astounding advances in the treatment of brain injury and illness. Now in an updated and expanded paperback edition. Winner of the 2015 Gold Nautilus Book Award in Science & Cosmology In his groundbreaking work The Brain That Changes Itself, Norman Doidge introduced readers to neuroplasticity—the brain’s ability to change its own structure and function in response to activity and mental experience. Now his revolutionary new book shows how the amazing process of neuroplastic healing really works. The Brain’s Way of Healing describes natural, noninvasive avenues into the brain provided by the energy around us—in light, sound, vibration, and movement—that can awaken the brain’s own healing capacities without producing unpleasant side effects. Doidge explores cases where patients alleviated chronic pain; recovered from debilitating strokes, brain injuries, and learning disorders; overcame attention deficit and learning disorders; and found relief from symptoms of autism, multiple sclerosis, Parkinson’s disease, and cerebral palsy. And we learn how to vastly reduce the risk of dementia, with simple approaches anyone can use. For centuries it was believed that the brain’s complexity prevented recovery from damage or disease. The Brain’s Way of Healing shows that this very sophistication is the source of a unique kind of healing. As he did so lucidly in The Brain That Changes Itself, Doidge uses stories to present cutting-edge science with practical real-world applications, and principles that everyone can apply to improve their brain’s performance and health.
