Les références bibliographiques indiquent des ouvrages beaucoup plus complets où l'on pourra se référer pour toute documentation complémentaire. Après une descritpion de la technique chromatographique proprement dite, j'ai insisté sur la partie relative au traitement quantitatif de l'information issue du chromatographe en examinant successivement : l'enregistreur potentiométrique, les méthodes d'intégration qui en sont dépendantes. Ce dernier chapitre, constitué par les intégrateurs électroniques, a été volontairement développé afin de rendre cet appareil plus familier et d'en montrer les avantages et les limites : l'utilisation optimale d'un appareil nécessitant une pleine compréhension de son principe. Enfin, j'ai donné un aperçu des applications de la chromatographie en phase gazeuse faites dans notre laboratoire, à savoir : l'analyse des agents tensi-actifs de collection.
