We understand that Ruth was significant, but the Holy Bible is letting us know that the greatness of Orpah should not be overlooked. Of course, we do not have the story of Orpah in the Bible like we have the story of Ruth. But, it is the writers belief that we are to tell her story and this is the authors version of the story of the woman Orpah or as we may say the name today, Oprahs story. When the writer envisions the caravan headed by Naomi, the writer sees Naomi, walking first, Orpah second and Ruth walking behind Naomi and Orpah. So, read and enjoy the story of this fascinating strong, faithfuland brave woman called Orpah.

Book excerpt: There once lived among us a gracious wonderful lady I will call Corine. Corine was a woman who didn’t desire many of the delicacies in life, for what she seemed to care most about was what God willed her to do in this world of His. She wanted others to know that life was more than what we were experiencing in this world, much waited for us once we pass from this earth into eternity. But, she believed fully that we are to live our life to its fullest while we are in this world. No one, she would say, should ever wished that their life had been different once life is ending and according to Corine, we all will know when we are about to pass from this world. Corine knew that she was made a little lower than God’s angels and told others that they, too, were made a little than His angels. She truly lived her life in such a manner. It mattered to Corine that some did not live up to their true status in life; however, she did not allow them to bring her down to their level. She continued saying to those who did not live in such a manner that God made all of us a little lower than the angels. Corine, A Little Lower Than Angels will discuss the manner in which Corine lived her life according to God’s Will for her while she was here with us. There were sayings and or thoughts that Corine used each day of her life to find true happiness and true joy. Corine’s sayings will be discussed via chapters from the stand point of how she lived her life on a daily basis.

Book excerpt: Queen Vashti was the Victm of Jewish Leaders https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Vashti Can you disprove me that Lord Krishna Enslaved the Black African of Egypt? I always was wondering why the members of the Christian religions in Europe, later America, and Australia were guided to study Egyptian civilization instead of the Caucasian Civilization. Indeed, I found out who is behind that guidance. The descendant of Lord Krishna helped the Roman Empire ruler to create this new Christian religion in the name of Jesus Christ after three hundred years of his death. First, they changed Jesus Christ original teaching and then made him be loyal to the Old Testament (Hebrew Bible) while in his life did not believe it. We are told he throw away the old testament, how can the members of the new Christian religion believes that the old testament is the source or references to their Christian religious Bible. Here is what I found about Lord Krishna Lord Krishna and The Establishment of the Egyptian Empire Lord Krishna and his brother Balarama's stories are the keys to understand Hebrew Jewish and Greek people past. It is clear from ancient document left in India that the Pandavas brother win Kurukshetra war and chased Lord Krishna and his brother Lord Balarama with their supporters and Kauravas army survivors out of today India and Pakistan to today Israel and Greek Island. According to the open sources with listed references 'During its long history, Jerusalem has been attacked 52 times, captured and recaptured 44 times, besieged 23 times, and destroyed twice. The oldest part of the city was settled in the 4th millennium BC or BCE, making Jerusalem one of the oldest cities in the world. Note: The Temple of Yerushaláyim (Jerusalem) is built by Lord Krishna in 3100 BCE and Caucasian people lived on the land thousands of years on the land before his arrival.

Book Writing Through Repression

Download or read book Writing Through Repression written by Michael G. Levine and published by . This book was released on 1994 with total page 240 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: What does it mean to treat a dream as a censored text? Why does Freud turn to the realm of politics when attempting to describe dreams and the forces that shape them? What happens to the concept of censorship when it enters Freudian discourse? Is its political significance lost in translation or does Freud's borrowing somehow render enigmatic what we thought we understood under the name of censorship and under the name of borrowing? In Writing Through Repression, Michael Levine juxtaposes readings of psychoanalytic, literary, and critical texts to explore these questions. Rather than seeking to extract a particular notion of censorship from Freud in order to apply it elsewhere, he argues that it is more instructive to examine the difficulties Freud has in coming to terms with this notion. It is through such difficulties, he suggests, that Freud's text opens a different kind of dialogue with the writings of Heine, Benjamin, and Kafka - one that opens each to the challenge and solicitation of the other.

Book The Bride of Christ Goes to Hell

Download or read book The Bride of Christ Goes to Hell written by Dyan Elliott and published by University of Pennsylvania Press. This book was released on 2011-11-16 with total page 477 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: The early Christian writer Tertullian first applied the epithet "bride of Christ" to the uppity virgins of Carthage as a means of enforcing female obedience. Henceforth, the virgin as Christ's spouse was expected to manifest matronly modesty and due submission, hobbling virginity's ancient capacity to destabilize gender roles. In the early Middle Ages, the focus on virginity and the attendant anxiety over its possible loss reinforced the emphasis on claustration in female religious communities, while also profoundly disparaging the nonvirginal members of a given community. With the rising importance of intentionality in determining a person's spiritual profile in the high Middle Ages, the title of bride could be applied and appropriated to laywomen who were nonvirgins as well. Such instances of democratization coincided with the rise of bridal mysticism and a progressive somatization of female spirituality. These factors helped cultivate an increasingly literal and eroticized discourse: women began to undergo mystical enactments of their union with Christ, including ecstatic consummations and vivid phantom pregnancies. Female mystics also became increasingly intimate with their confessors and other clerical confidants, who were sometimes represented as stand-ins for the celestial bridegroom. The dramatic merging of the spiritual and physical in female expressions of religiosity made church authorities fearful, an anxiety that would coalesce around the figure of the witch and her carnal induction into the Sabbath.
