El proyecto fue desarrollado con una metodología que incluye las revisiones teóricas y un trabajo de campo que analiza empresas que ya habían surtido los procesos, razón por la que el lector encontrará estas referencias plasmadas en las categorías de análisis utilizadas y desarrolladas en cada uno de los capítulos.
