I was born in Taiwan 1924. I was an instructor in National Taiwan University until 1962 . Later, I was invited to work as an Education Specialist in U.S. Army in Okinawa from 1962 through 1968. Afterwards, I came to the U.S. and worked as a Senior Project Engineer for several companies from 1968 through 1973. Then, I was self-employed as the president of C & S Company from 1973 through 1996.
