The key objective was to highlight the benefits of m-learning; and to provide specific recommendations about how to develop strategies for the implementation and sustainability of m-learning. The report includes the proceedings on various topics relating to m-learning such as public-private partnership, training for e-learning professionals, course-ware for mobile devices, hardware and software applications enabling m-learning, and policies and action plans on m-learning. Action plans already developed by the 12 participating countries are summarized. Meeting agenda and list of participants are included.
