PRESIDENT: The Committee appointed to investigate the condition and nianagement of the Agricultural College respectfully report that they have made such investigation, and find as to the first charge that while at a meeting of the Board of Regents at Sioux in Falls May, 1891, Regent Freudenfeldt charged President McLouth of the Agricultural College with being a politician, and intended to oppose his confirmation as President of the Agri cultural College; that he was then a stranger to McLouth and 'acting on the information of others, which he subsequently learned to be false; and that his opposition to President McLouth at that time was not to remove.
