Other topics covered include issues in VPA formulation, data collection requirements, and acoustic indices as part of an alternate decision rule system.

[...] VPA FORMULATION This section summarizes the discussion of the group that considered the VPA formulation on the Wednesday morning of the meeting along with the subsequent discussion in plenary. [...] This might be overly influencing the trend in the series and might be an underlying reason for the difference between the trends in the CPUE and acoustic indices.
