Public culture is the basic culture of a city and has far-reaching significance in shaping Urban culture. Social services refer to activities in the fields of education, medical and health care, elderly care, childcare, housekeeping, culture, tourism, sports, and other social sectors that rely on diverse entities to provide services to meet the multi-level and diverse needs of the people. They are related to the most direct and practical interests of the general public. There is an essential difference between social services and for-profit commercial services, as they are welfare services. PCSS explores how to make society develop better and people feel happier by discussing the relationship between public culture and social services. The specific content, activities, and services provided by public culture need to be adapted to the level of social development and supply capacity, and therefore are dynamically adjusted, up-to-date, and tailored to local conditions. Public culture involves a wide range of social undertakings, including ideology, culture, news and publishing, radio and television, as well as national fitness, popular science, and mass rule of law cultural activities. Social services belong to the basic public services provided by the government, which is the most prominent feature of public culture compared to other cultural types and forms, and also the theoretical basis for forming a policy system for public cultural services. Public culture and social services interact with each other, and to a certain extent, public culture determines the type of social services, which in turn affects the development of public culture.

The genetics of Cytokine Storm Syndromes are being defined with many of the risk alleles giving rise to mutations in the perforin-mediated cytolytic pathway used by CD8 cytotoxic T cells and natural killer cells. These are being studied using murine models. Up to 10% of the general population may carry risk alleles for developing Cytokine Storm Syndromes, and Cytokine Storm Syndromes are being increasingly recognized around the world in pediatric and adult hospitals. A variety of infectious, rheumatic, and oncologic triggers are commonly associated with Cytokine Storm Syndromes, but understanding this disorder is critical for all researchers and physicians to ensure timely and appropriate therapy. The consequence of having so many choices is that they compete for our attention: we continually switch our attention between different types of information while doing different types of tasks--in other words, we multitask. The activity of information workers in particular is characterized by the continual switching of attention throughout the day. In this book, empirical work is presented, based on ethnographic and sensor data collection, which reveals how multitasking affects information workers' activities, mood, and stress in real work environments. Multitasking is discussed from various perspectives: activity switching, interruptions as triggers for activity switching, email as a major source of interruptions, and the converse of distractions: focused attention. All of these factors are components of information work. This book begins by defining multitasking and describing different research approaches used in studying multitasking. It then describes how multiple factors occur to encourage multitasking in the digitally-enabled workplace: the abundance and ease of accessing information, the number of different working spheres, the workplace environment, attentional state, habit, and social norms. Empirical work is presented describing the nature of multitasking, the relationship of different types of interruptions and email with overload and stress, and patterns of attention focus. The final chapter ties these factors together and discusses challenges that information workers in our digital age face.
