Zuerst stelle ich die Zielgruppe "Muslimische Patienten" vor und beginne dann die Problematik zwischen Klinikpersonal und den muslimischen Patienten darzustellen. Hierbei beginne ich mit der Herausforderung der sprachlichen Barriere zwischen ausländischem Patient und Krankenhausmitarbeiter. Weiterhin schildere ich die kulturellen Differenzen und zeige Unterschiede in Bezug auf das Besuchsverhalten der Angehörigen und den Glauben der Patienten und die daraus resultierenden Handlungsweisen im Krankenhaus. Ergänzend weise ich die Problematik hinsichtlich der medizinischen Maßnahmen, dem differenten Schmerzempfinden und der Einstellung zu Tod und Trauer hin.f. Ebenfalls beschreibe ich, in wieweit eine unterschiedliche Intimsphäre sowie besondere Verhaltensweisen angesichts gegengeschlechtlicher Krankenpfleger oder Ärzte die Interaktion zwischen beiden Parteien erschweren können. Im fünften Teil der Ausarbeitung weise ich auf nötige Veränderungen im Gesundheitssystem hin, welche die interkulturelle Kommunikation verbessern könnten. Ein weiterer wichtiger Punkt ist die Thematik des Dolmetschens im Krankenhaus. Hier werde ich die aktuelle Situation, Problematik und einen Zukunftsausblick anhand eines Beispiels schildern. Schlussendlich ziehe ich ein Resümee zur Situation der Interkulturellen Kommunikation im Krankenhaus. An dieser Ausarbeitung ist zu beachten, dass alle kulturellen Verhaltensweisen, die geschildert werden, nicht auf alle türkischen Muslime zutreffen. Hier werden lediglich die meist beschrieben
