Cette prise en charge associe le plus souvent une psychothérapie à un traitement médicamenteux. Le pharmacien en tant que professionnel de santé directement en contact avec le patient peut, devant une personne anxieuse, lui donner quelques règles de vie permettant de limiter cette anxiété et lui proposer quelques thérapeutiques alternatives présentes à l’officine. En cas de traitement médicamenteux, il peut s’assurer de la bonne observance et tolérance de celui-ci. Eventuellement, si la personne n’est pas suivie, il peut l’orienter vers un professionnel de santé qualifié.

En effet 9 français sur 10 se plaignent du stress, 50% se sentant assez ou très stressé (étude OPINION WAY de 2017). Suite à ce sondage, 29% des personnes interrogées ont pensé avoir recours aux méthodes naturelles pour se soigner, mais seulement 13% des Français les utilisent dans ce cas. Et si seulement 3% des Français pensent à en faire part à leur pharmacien, uniquement 1% le sollicitent. Pourtant, le pharmacien a un rôle important à jouer, dans la prise en charge du stress et/ou de l'anxiété bénigne. Par ses connaissances et ses compétences, il pourra conseiller des médecines plus naturelles comme la phytothérapie et l'aromathérapie. Pour ces thérapeutiques complémentaires, la part de marché en officine est en constante progression, surtout en ce qui concerne l'aromathérapie pour laquelle la demande est en hausse de près de 15% selon une étude réalisée entre 2015 et 2017 (étude de FranceAgriMer publiée en 2019). En tant que professionnel de santé, le pharmacien doit répondre à cette demande, mais également proposer spontanément des conseils aux patients, de manière sécurisée, avec des produits de bonnes qualités, pour une utilisation adaptée et individualisée. Afin de faciliter les conseils sur le thème du stress en phytothérapie et en aromathérapie, et de mieux répondre aux diverses demandes des patients, ce travail présente des précisions sur différents thèmes (législation, biochimie, voie d'administration, toxicité...), des résumés d'indications et des outils de conseils. En premier lieu, le stress et l'anxiété seront définis et décrits en expliquant leurs mécanismes physiopathologiques et leurs nombreuses répercussions sur l'organisme. Mieux les comprendre permet d'optimiser leur prise en charge. Dans un second temps, des monographies en phytothérapie et en aromathérapie présenteront les plantes utilisées dans le stress et l'anxiété. Ces monographies pourront être imprimés sous forme d'un guide utilisable à l'officine. En complément, nous proposerons un résumé d'études scientifiques et de données sur les mécanismes d'actions de ces plantes et leurs molécules biochimiques, selon les connaissances scientifiques actuelles. Et ce pour faire écho à l'utilisation souvent empirique des plantes et des huiles essentielles. Pour clôturer ce travail, une troisième partie présentera des cas de comptoir avec des propositions de réponses adaptées afin de faciliter le conseil officinal.

After considering theoretical aspects of translation criticism, Hewson sets out a method of analysing originals and their translations on three different levels. Tools are provided to describe translational choices and their potential effects, and applied to two corpora: Flaubert's Madame Bovary and six of the English translations, and Austen's Emma, with three of the French translations. The results of the analyses are used to construct a hypothesis about each translation, which is classified according to two scales of measurement, one distinguishing between "just" and "false" interpretations, and the other between "divergent similarity", "relative divergence", "radical divergence" and "adaptation".
