God's Word is sovereign and will always prosper in what He has sent it to accomplish. Isaiah 55:11 So shall my word be that goeth forth out of my mouth: it shall not return unto me void, but it shall accomplish that which I please, and it shall prosper [in the thing] whereto I sent it. The Father magnifies His Word above His name. If Our Father places so much weight and value on His Word; we will do well to do the same. Psalm 138:2 I will worship toward thy holy temple, and praise thy name for thy loving kindness and for thy truth: for thou hast magnified thy word above all thy name.

God made Adam to name all the animals He created because Adam had the ability to speak like God and become co-creative by the spoken word. Speaking should be backed up with faith and thats the reason why the spoken word is referred to as the spirit of faith. Our words are not supposed to be empty or void of power. God says, so shall my words be that goes forth out of my mouth: it shall not return unto me void, but it shall accomplish that which I please, and it shall prosper in the thing whereto I send it. (Isaiah 55:11).
