This project provided a framework in which all fellow educators involved could be successful. The outcome of this project was very favorable. The training sessions have continued to grow and evolve. The professional development program that began with this project will endure and expand long after January of 2004.

It also provided validation of teachers' ideals, recognition of teaching as artistry, and respect for diversity in applying theory to classroom practice. The project outcome was favorable. Our staff will not only be ready for the licensure changes of 2004, it has heightened the level of professionalism and pedagogy in our district as well.
