Les particules fines émises par le diesel, les plus nocives, ne font même pas l'objet d'une réglementation. Et que dire des taux de pollution dans le métro et le RER parisiens qui dépassent presque six fois les normes tolérées ! Etrangement, alors qu'il s'agit d'un véritable scandale sanitaire qui concerne tout le monde - nous pouvons choisir de manger bio, mais nous ne pouvons pas sélectionner l'air que nous respirons -, les politiques sont absents du débat. Dénonçant avec force ce scandale de santé publique, Franck Laval demande une série de mesures draconiennes pour que les Français, et plus largement les terriens, soient enfin informés et... protégés.
