Book TERRITOIRES ET POLITIQUES TECHNOLOGIQUES COMPARAISONS REGIONALES

Download or read book TERRITOIRES ET POLITIQUES TECHNOLOGIQUES COMPARAISONS REGIONALES written by Nadine Massard and published by Editions L'Harmattan. This book was released on 1997-01-01 with total page 304 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle.

Book excerpt: LES POLITIQUES PUBLIQUES D'INNOVATION CONNAISSENT DEPUIS DIX ANS ENVIRON UNE PROFONDE MUTATION AUSSI BIEN DANS LA DEFINITION QUE DANS LA CONDUITE. UN CONSENSUS S'EST PROGRESSIVEMENT FORME AUTOUR DE LA DEFINITION DE CES POLITIQUES A UN NIVEAU REGIONAL. A PARTIR DE LA NOTION DE + PROGRAMME TECHNOLOGIQUE ;, LA REGION NORD-PAS DE CALAIS A MIS EN PLACE UN CADRE ALTERNATIF D'INTERVENTION POUR LE DEVELOPPEMENT SECTORIEL, AYANT POUR OBJECTIF DE FAVORISER LES RELATIONS ENTRE LES SPHERES SCIENCE, TECHNIQUE ET MARCHE D'UN SECTEUR DONNE. UNE PREMIERE EXPERIMENTATION DE LA REGION NORD-PAS DE CALAIS, EXPRESSION D'UNE STRATEGIE DE DEVELOPPEMENT REGIONAL SECTORIEL, A PORTE SUR LES + TEXTILES TECHNIQUES ;. LE PREMIER OBJET DE CETTE THESE EST DE MONTRER COMMENT LA DEFINITION DE CES POLITIQUES EST PASSEE D'UN NIVEAU NATIONAL A UN NIVEAU REGIONAL. DEUX FACTEURS D'EXPLICATION SONT DEVELOPPES EN PREMIERE PARTIE DE THESE : LE PREMIER EST LIE A LA CARACTERISATION DU PROCESSUS D'INNOVATION, LE SECOND FACTEUR EST LIE A LA MUTATION DU CADRE INSTITUTIONNEL, NOTAMMENT PAR LE PHENOMENE DE DECENTRALISATION DANS UN CONTEXTE DE CONSTRUCTION EUROPEENNE. LE SECOND OBJET DE CETTE THESE EST DE TESTER LA PERTINENCE DU CONCEPT DE PROGRAMME TECHNOLOGIQUE A UNE ECHELLE REGIONALE A TRAVERS LA NOTION DE + RESEAU ;, QUI S'ENTEND A DEUX NIVEAUX. DANS UN PREMIER TEMPS, IL S'AGIT DE TESTER LA PERTINENCE DE CE NOUVEL OUTIL EN TERME DE + RESEAUOBJECTIF ;, A SAVOIR LE RESEAU TECHNICO-ECONOMIQUE A L'ECHELLE REGIONALE ET DE CARACTERISER LES DIFFERENTES STRATEGIES DE DEVELOPPEMENT AU REGARD DES DIVERSES EXPERIMENTATIONS RENCONTREES DANS LES AUTRES REGIONS FRANCAISES. DANS UN SECOND TEMPS, IL S'AGIT DE TESTER LA PERTINENCE DE CET OUTIL EN TERME DE PARTENARIATS INSTITUTIONNELS. ON PARLERA ALORS DE + RESEAUX OPERATIONNELS ;. NOUS MESURERONS LES CONSEQUENCES DE CETTE EVOLUTION AUX NIVEAUX INFRA-REGIONALE ET INTERREGIONALE.

Book Les politiques de d veloppement technologique

Download or read book Les politiques de d veloppement technologique written by Hubert Drouvot and published by . This book was released on 1994 with total page 260 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle.

Book Diffusion of New Technologies in the Post Communist World

Download or read book Diffusion of New Technologies in the Post Communist World written by Y.M. Rabkin and published by Springer Science & Business Media. This book was released on 2013-03-11 with total page 177 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: The end of this century has witnessed dramatic changes in morality, history and geography. These changes were felt throughout the world, and also across the entire gamut of professional concerns. Even relatively remote and seemingly insulated activities such as science and technology have experienced, and up to a point contributed to, these dramatic changes. This volume presents a series of views on the effect of these changes on science and technology, and more specifically, on the international diffusion of new technologies. These views come from a variety of fields, among them history and sociology of science, political science, information sciences, marketing. Yet, most authors share an interest in science policy studies which permeates this collection. It would be fair to say that this volume belongs to the intellectual domain known as STS, i. e. studies in Science, Technology and Society. The authors come from nine countries, and their contributions are expected to reflect this diversity. It is well known that the dominant lingua franca in the end of the 20th century is Broken English, with the possible exception of a minority of native English speakers some of whom fail to learn this new language. An attempt was therefore made throughout this volume to conform to a certain standard of English usage and, at the same time, to preserve the local flavour of expression, and the stylistic and cultural dimensions of each chapter.

Book Regional Innovation Systems

Download or read book Regional Innovation Systems written by Hans-Joachim Braczyk and published by Taylor & Francis. This book was released on 2024-11-01 with total page 558 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: Since the first edition of this book in 1995, there has been a worldwide innovation-led economic boom and a subsequent slump, meaning enormous change has also occurred at the level of regional economies. The new edition registers this change and provides an interesting test of the robustness of the original arguments in the book. Not least, more industrial policy making is influenced by the RIS analysis, and many national and regional governments have adopted RIS approaches, along with related instruments like promotion of industry clusters, academic entrepreneurship, regional venture capital and science-led development strategies.
