Este enfoque se constituye en un proceso de cruce e interseccion disciplinaria encaminada a desvelar como "los movimientos sociales han luchado por otorgar nuevos significados a las nociones heredadas de ciudadania, a la representacion y participacion politica, y como consecuencia a la propia democracia" (Ibid.), proceso en el que las diversas tendencias del movimiento feminista y de las organizaciones de mujeres han jugado un papel fundamental. En este marco de analisis es en el que se articula este trabajo. Aludo no a un movimiento social, sino al rol que cumplen sujetos pertenecientes a procesos colectivos - organizativos, en la incidencia politica para la transformacion de condiciones de subordinacion y explotacion."
