Plithogenic n – Super Hypergraph introduced by Smarandache is a novel concept and it involves many attributes. This article aims to bridge the concept of Plithogenic n-Super Hypergraph in the vicinity of optimal decision making. This research work introduces the novel concepts of enveloping vertex, super enveloping vertex, dominant enveloping vertex, classification of the dominant enveloping vertex (input, intervene, output dominant enveloping vertices), plithogenic connectors. An application of Plithogenic n-super hypergraph in making optimum decisions is discussed under various decision-making scenarios. Several insights are drawn from this research work and will certainly benefit the decision-makers to overcome the challenges in building decisions.

We theoretically use the notion of neutrosophic cubic sets to create enhanced decision-making models for multi-criteria. The advantage of neutrosophic cubic sets is that it comprehends the knowledge of neutrosophic sets and interval valued neutrosophic sets. Aggregation operators are used to retrieve the core information from a collection of data. So, this research executes aggregation operators for neutrosophic cubic sets dynamically. In this paper we avail the aid of hamy mean and dombi operations to establish fuzzy dombi hamy mean aggregation operators for neutrosophic cubic sets. This paper also explains the algebraic sum and scalar multiplication operations. A decision making methodology has been generated to prove the necessity of the proposed operators. Finally an illustration is provided from a real life decision making situation.

We try to extend the concept of KM-fuzzy metric spaces to a larger class of KM-fuzzy metric spaces such as union and product of KM-fuzzy metric spaces and in this regard we investigate the class of products of KM-single valued neutrosophic metric graphs. In the nal, we dene some operations such as tensor product, Cartesian product, semi-strong product, strong product, union, semi-ring sum, suspension, and complement of KM-single valued neutrosophic metric graphs.

Book excerpt: Multi-attribute decision-making refers to the decision-making problem of selecting the optimal alternative or sorting the scheme when considering multiple attributes, which is widely used in engineering design, economy, management and military, etc. But in real application, the attribute information of many objects is often inaccurate or uncertain, so it is very important for us to find a useful and efficient method to solve the problem. Neutrosophic set is proposed from philosophical point of view to handle inaccurate information efficiently, and a single-valued neutrosophic set (SVNS) is a special case of neutrosophic set, which is widely used in actual application fields. In this paper, a new method based on single-valued neutrosophic sets aggregation to solve multi-attribute decision making problem is proposed. Firstly, the neutrosophic decision matrix is obtained by expert assessment, a score function of single-valued neutrosophic sets (SVNSs) is defined to obtain the positive ideal solution (PIS) and the negative ideal solution (NIS). Then all alternatives are aggregated based on TOPSIS method to make decision. Finally numerical examples are given to verify the feasibility and rationality of the method.
