Book PLANIFICATION ET IMPACT DES INFRASTRUCTURES DE TRANSPORT ROUTIER

Download or read book PLANIFICATION ET IMPACT DES INFRASTRUCTURES DE TRANSPORT ROUTIER written by OSCAR LUIS.. SANCHEZ FLORES and published by . This book was released on 2000 with total page 240 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: LA MISE EN SERVICE DES INFRASTRUCTURES ROUTIERES INDUIT DIFFERENT TYPES D'EFFETS QUI VONT S'ETALER DANS LE TEMPS. L'OBJECTIF DE CETTE RECHERCHE CONSISTE A METTRE EN QUESTION LES METHODES OPERATIONNELLES D'EVALUATION DE CES EFFETS ET A PROPOSER DES NOUVELLES METHODES PERMETTANT D'AMELIORER LA PRATIQUE DE LA PLANIFICATION DE TRANSPORTS. NOUS ABORDONS L'ANALYSE DE CES EFFETS A PARTIR D'UNE APPROCHE DISCRETISEE ET MACROSCOPIQUE (AGREGEE) A TROIS NIVEAUX : COURT, MOYEN ET LONG TERME. L'ETUDE DES EFFETS DITS DE COURT TERME EST BASEE SUR UN MODELE DE STOCK INTEGRANT EXPLICITEMENT L'INTERACTION VEHICULAIRE ET LA PRESENCE DE CONGESTION RECURRENTE ET NON RECURRENTE. LES RESULTATS OBTENUS PERMETTENT DE REFORMULER L'ANALYSE DE LA STABILITE DE L'EQUILIBRE OFFRE-DEMANDE BASEE DANS LE DIAGRAMME DEBIT-VITESSE. L'APPROCHE PROPOSEE A ETE APPLIQUEE DANS L'ANALYSE DU TRAFIC SECTEUR LA-DEFENSE DE L'AUTOROUTE A 14. LES EFFETS DE MOYEN TERME TELS QUE LES CHANGEMENTS DE CHOIX D'ITINERAIRE, DE ROUTE ET DE L'HEURE DE DEPLACEMENT, ONT ETE TRAITES DANS LE CADRE DE L'ANALYSE SOCIO-ECONOMIQUE DE PROJETS. DES AMELIORATIONS PONCTUELLES AUX METHODES D'EVALUATION ACTUELLES ONT ETE PROPOSEES: A) LA DESAGREGATION DEL'ANALYSE D'OFFRE-DEMANDE AU NIVEAU TEMPOREL (HEURE PAR HEURE) ET SPATIAL (ROUTE PAR ROUTE); ET B) L'INTEGRATION DE LA DEMANDE INDUITE. LA RELATION ENTRE L'AIRE D'ETUDE ET L'AMPLEUR DES BENEFICES ESCOMPTES A ETE AUSSI MISE EN EVIDENCE EN COMPARANT LES RESULTATS DE L'APPROCHE PROPOSEE A CEUX DE L'APPROCHE STATIQUE ET DYNAMIQUE. LA METHODOLOGIE D'EVALUATION MISE A POINT A ETE APPLIQUEE POUR ESTIMERLE TAUX DE RENTABILITE IMMEDIATE DE L'AUTOROUTE A86 SUD. AFIN D'ETUDIER LES EFFETS DE LONG TERME, UN MODELE PERMETTANT D'INTEGRER LES EFFETS DE CONCURRENCE SPATIALE DANS LA PLANIFICATION D'INFRASTRUCTURES EST DEVELOPPE. IL PERMET D'ANALYSER L'IMPACT DE DIFFERENTS SCHEMAS DE FINANCEMENT EN TERMES DU NOMBRE D'ENTREPRISES LOCALISEES DANS LE MARCHE ET DE LA TAILLE DES ROUTES.

This book forms an invaluable study of the arguments for and against metros, based on analyses of the advantages and problems encountered in several cities throughout the world. The authors consider how to overcome some of the difficulties, recognizing the crucial economic role of rail mass transit systems in large cities.

Book Geographical Information and Urban Transport Systems

Download or read book Geographical Information and Urban Transport Systems written by Arnaud Banos and published by John Wiley & Sons. This book was released on 2013-02-04 with total page 235 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: Urban transport systems need to be analyzed from various perspectives: the offer on one hand, the demand on the other hand, but also their negative externalities (risks of transport systems). These three dimensions are rarely apprehended in an integrated perspective. This book provides a large collection of chapters dealing with these specific dimensions, each written by recognized specialists in their domain, and articulates them in an integrated way.

Book Eco Design of Buildings and Infrastructure

Download or read book Eco Design of Buildings and Infrastructure written by Bruno Peuportier and published by CRC Press. This book was released on 2020-12-22 with total page 518 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: The Chair Eco-design of buildings and infrastructure, a partnership between three engineering colleges (MINES ParisTech, Ecole des Ponts ParisTech and AgroParisTech) and the VINCI group, aims to create measurement and simulation tools which integrate all the dimensions of eco-design (greenhouse gas emissions, impact on biodiversity and resource levies, etc.) to become real decision-making tools, based on a scientific approach, for all actors in the city (designers, builders and users). This book reviews the second five-year sequence of the Chair, first presenting methodological advances in eco-design: life cycle assessment and quantification of uncertainties; local environmental impacts of transport and biodiversity. The interdisciplinary partnership, also associating the human sciences, shows its interest in taking into account the human factor in the modelling of urban systems. This modelling is based on several numerical simulation tools, presented in the third part. This theoretical set results in more substantial proposals for the renewal of techniques and systems, in terms of energy management strategies in buildings, urban agriculture, participatory data collection and digital transformation in transport. This book is intended for urban planners, local authorities, building owners, architects, design offices, companies, building managers, teacher-researchers and anyone interested in the environmental quality of our living spaces.

Book L Urbanisation diversifi e

Download or read book L Urbanisation diversifi e written by Madio Fall and published by World Bank Publications. This book was released on 2016-09-30 with total page 229 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle.
