Los criterios de gestión que se desarrollan en el libro, ayudan para lograr salvar las dificultades con las que nos encontramos, para gestionar el mantenimiento con recursos económicos escasos. La gestión medioambiental, la calidad y la prevención de riesgos laborales, se describen de forma extensa para poder realizar una gestión de conservación integrada.
