Book If women are always right Why do they keep picking the wrong men

Download or read book If women are always right Why do they keep picking the wrong men written by TJ Clemons and published by TJ Clemons. This book was released on with total page 95 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: This is the age old question. It is said that women are looking for “Bad Boys”. These men are mostly considered “ladies men” or “players”. These men are often emotionally unavailable and often state that they are not seeking any other type of a relationship beyond a physical one with no strings attached. Women will often agree to the terms of the “no strings attached friends with benefits” aspect of the relationship with the hopes of winning him over or somehow trapping him into an affiliation at some point in the future. Some women will even go to the lengths of trying to either fake a pregnancy or having his baby with the hopes of the end result of creating an instant family which will ultimately lead to their happily ever after fairytale. This is a scenario which often backfires. Even if it ends up leading to a relationship it often won’t last because both parties need to be on the same page and in agreement with their relationship status. This often leads to the man be labeled as the dreaded baby father from hell. You cannot just create an instant family out of thin air. It just doesn’t happen that easily. But this happens over and over without fail. Women are often bold emotional creatures who want what they want even if it is not in their best interest to do so. They will plot and plan an entire marriage without the consent of the male participant. They may even try to rebuild a man that they find in a correctional instruction. The current trend is to find a man addicted to drugs and try to rescue him from his addiction with their love and affection. This quite possibly might work but the odds of this happening is almost zero percent. I don’t blame them for trying but realistically they are setting themselves up for failure. This is a topic that I have been looking forward to talking about for a long time and it will always be relevant.

Book The College Student s Guide To Picking the Right Major

Download or read book The College Student s Guide To Picking the Right Major written by The Hyperink Team and published by Hyperink Inc. This book was released on 2012-02-24 with total page 28 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: ABOUT THE BOOK Once you are in college, everything changes, whether you’re an 18-year-old living away from home for the first time, or you’re attending as an older student. Even the way you talk to people changes when you’re in college. Instead of just saying hello and asking your name and where you're from, now there is a new question that people will ask you time and time again: "What's your major?" In college, your major becomes one of your defining characteristics. It says something about your interests, your personality, your hobbies, your talents and skills, and, most importantly, what kind of career path you will be choosing after you graduate. If you do not already have a major, you might come to dread this question. In fact, the question often extends past the student body and becomes a common topic of conversation with everybody you bump into. Once people find out you are in college, the first thing they want to know is your chosen field of subject. Saying "I haven't decided yet" over and over can get a little old, but don't despair. Although you may envy those lucky people who come into college with a clear path in mind and instantly know what they want to do with their lives, you are not alone. EXCERPT FROM THE BOOK 6. Research the idea of a double major. If you really cannot decide between two majors and the decision is causing you undue stress, consider taking a little extra time to walk away with two different majors. With this double threat, you will be able to pursue jobs in two different fields and have a little more freedom when it comes to deciding what you want to do with your life. Since double majors typically take more time to complete, be sure you are prepared for the extra time in school and have the right financial and emotional resources to manage the extra stresses and obligations. But for those who are truly dedicated to two different fields of study, a double major is a great way to realize all your dreams at once. 7. Remember that your minor counts, too. Being able to declare a minor can help you compromise between two very different interests. If you really want to pursue a career in Computer Science, but you are also interested in math, see if you can pursue one field of study as a minor degree. A minor degree lets you explore a field you are interested in without having to fulfill the same number of hours and requirements as a major. Buy a copy to keep reading!

Download or read book Will Our Love Last written by Sam R. Hamburg and published by Simon and Schuster. This book was released on 2001-03-17 with total page 317 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: Am I with the right person? Will our love last? Men and women in love are haunted by these questions. Love -- especially why it blossoms in relationships and why it later dies -- is a mystery to them. Will Our Love Last? A Couple's Road Map solves this mystery by giving readers a new understanding of love -- an understanding they can actually use to evaluate the soundness of their relationships and to answer confidently the crucial questions that mystified them before. Based on hundreds of cases in his twenty-four years as a marital therapist and twenty-nine years in his own happy marriage, Sam R. Hamburg, Ph.D., explains how compatibility is the key to lasting love. He shows how compatibility on three major dimensions -- the Practical Dimension, the Sexual Dimension, and the Wavelength Dimension -- is essential to the mutual understanding and affirmation that keep love alive, and he leads readers through a simple but systematic procedure for assessing their compatibility with a romantic partner in these crucial relationship areas. Dr. Hamburg introduces a new technique, The Hand Rotation Exercise, to help readers express their degree of compatibility and then convey that visually to their partner. In addition, he presents two new original techniques for working through relationship conflicts and coming to agreement on difficult issues: His Way/Her Way and The Long Conversation. Written in a clear, direct style that is free of jargon, Will Our Love Last? empowers readers to make important relationship decisions that are intellectually and emotionally informed. Will Our Love Last? will help couples trying to decide if they should take the next step to a more committed relationship. It will aid individuals embarking on a new relationship, or who are between relationships, to evaluate the rightness of a new or prospective partner. And it will assist people who are already in committed relationships to make an honest assessment of their prospects for happiness with their current partner. People have it in their power to make sure that they truly are with the right person. Will Our Love Last? shows the way.
