Book Panty Pad Marketing Menstrual Pads to the Japanese Market

Download or read book Panty Pad Marketing Menstrual Pads to the Japanese Market written by Weng Marc Lim and published by GRIN Verlag. This book was released on 2012-02-08 with total page 63 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: Research Paper (undergraduate) from the year 2009 in the subject Communications - Public Relations, Advertising, Marketing, Social Media, grade: 1, Monash University Malaysia, Sunway Campus, language: English, abstract: This book presents a new innovative version of menstrual pads – Panty Pad, and illustrates how it can be marketed in Japan. The rationale behind this innovative invention is to provide superior customer value in terms of convenience, comfort, fashion, and economical pricing. Panty Pad is a product in which a menstrual pad is sewn intact onto a soft cotton long-lasting disposable panty. The design of this offering is in a low cut cutting which aims to keep the panty unseen even though the user is wearing a low-cut pants or skirt. In addition, there would be some fragrance in the pad to prevent any bad odour from long-hour wearing. The first half of this book presents an in-depth and extensive environmental analysis of Japan including any possible impact of the current financial crisis as groundwork for marketing menstrual pads. Accordingly, analyses presented in the first half of this book would focus on how attractive are the economic environment, cultural environment, and political and legal environment of Japan in providing a marketing opportunity success for Panty Pad. This analysis would also account for any potential impact of the current financial crisis towards Panty Pad’s sustainable competitiveness in the Japanese market.

What about kissing, giving a blowjob, or taking the pill, is it safe? What if you touch someone’s penis, can you get pregnant? If you douche after sex, you won’t get pregnant… right? Making Sense of “It” goes beyond the basics of the birds and the bees to give teens a realistic, no-holds barred, nonjudgmental guide on everything to do with sex and sexuality. With this book, teens can learn about it all from the best contraception methods to what to expect at a clinic, even to the signs of an unhealthy relationship. Alison Macklin draws on her years of experience at Planned Parenthood to address everything teens want to and should know in a straightforward, open-minded, and sex-positive manner. Even better, “Conversation Starters” in each chapter give teens and parents a chance to test their knowledge and useful tips to help talk about sex in a way that works for them. In a world where teens are bombarded with bad information on social media, and are made to feel ashamed of something so natural, Making Sense of “It” offers trustworthy, gender-neutral advice on how to be safe, informed, and honest about “it”.

Book excerpt: TheSilverMarketPhenomenon In the developed countries, the dominant factor in the next society will be something to which most people are only beginning to pay attention: the rapid growth in the older po- lation and the rapid shrinking of the younger generation. Peter F. Drucker The current shift in demographics – aging and shrinking populations – in many countries around the world presents a major challenge to companies and societies alike. As a matter of fact, this is true both for a number of industrialized nations as well as for certain emergingeconomies. However, even thoughthis crucial issue has recently started to attract the attention of scholars, business leaders, and politicians, research on the implications of the demographic change on businesses is still in its infancy. Most accounts of the so-called demographic “problem” deal, as the term already suggests, with the challenges and threats of the demographic development. These discussions feature, for example, the shrinking workforce, welfare effects, social con?icts, etc. At the same time, chances and opportunities are often neglected. The emergence of new markets, the potential for innovations, the integration of older people into jobs and work places, the joy of active aging, and their varied roles withinsociety arejust a fewexamplesofhowwhat at ?rst sight appearsto bea crisis could be turned into an opportunity. All in all, countries and industries are reacting very differently – from still neglecting to proactively looking for and developing solutions.

Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: You’re a smart guy. You read The Perfect Storm and now you find yourself living it. Your daughter, who yesterday was happy to hang out with you at Home Depot, now cries for no known reason. Last week you were her soccer coach and ‘the best dad there ever was, really,’ and today on the way home from practice she turned away and stared sadly out the window and wouldn’t say a word to you. She’s hovering around adolescence and all of a sudden you’re flopping on the daddy-deck in a panic. What the heck is about to happen and how are you going to get through this? How can you help her get through these difficult years when honestly, you don’t totally understand it yourself? If you’re a single dad, it can get all the more complicated. You might not know who or where to go to for the real deal, the inside scoop. When did her body start to change? Where the heck do you buy a training bra, and when? Do you have to take her or can you pay someone else to do it? What about dating? Or the girl clique thing you’ve heard about. Can’t you just ignore it and raise her just like you would a son, just like you were raised? This book is for any man raising a tween or teen daughter, but particularly the single man who does or doesn’t have full-time custody. This is the definitive guide to helping dad and daughter get past ‘survive’ and onto ‘thrive.’ Written for any man raising daughters, the authors geared this book for the single dad who may not have a woman in his life with whom to confer about issues their daughters may be facing like sex, friendships, boyfriends, alcohol and drugs, and personal hygiene. This book covers it all, from what to keep stocked in the bathroom to how to talk about sex without being blown off. The authors help dads gain a better sense of what their daughters are going through, how their bodies are changing, how their relationships are changing, and how best to handle the ups and downs of these challenging years.
