This book was released on 2012-09-01 with total page 141 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: On 2 May 2006 Armavia Flight RNV 967, an Airbus A320, was on its way from Zvartnots (Yerevan, Armenia) to Adler (Sochi, Russia). There were 113 occupants on board: 105 passengers (including 5 children and 1 baby), 2 pilots,1 aircraft engineer and 5 flight attendants. Upon approaching Sochi there was confusion in regard to the weather for the scheduled landing. Finally the captain decided to return to Zvartnots, a short while later he reconsidered his decision and started the approach to Sochi after all. Just before final landing air traffic control told the captain to abort the landing. At 22:13 the aircraft struck the water, it broke up on impact, killing all aboard. The investigation concluded that the crash of Armavia Flight 967 was a Controlled Flight Into Terrain (CFIT), specifically water, while conducting a climbing manoeuvre, after an aborted approach, along with inadequate control inputs from the Captain to Sochi airport at night with weather conditions below landing minimums for runway 06.

Book Angels Are Active In Puerto Vallarta

Download or read book Angels Are Active In Puerto Vallarta written by Sheila Ann Fraser and published by FriesenPress. This book was released on 2016-03-04 with total page 176 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: This book is inspired by my experiences in Puerto Vallarta Mexico in the years I lived there. Most of these stories are about my friends. Some of the names of the places and people have been changed. I am not a writer in the true sense, I am a story teller. My friends kept hounding me to put these stories down in writing so I have. I wanted to share what it was like to live a single life, the trials and tribulations that can develop in a foreign country. I must admit that things happen to me that would not necessarily happen to everyone. In the process of healing myself I discovered that there are many forces outside of myself that were working on my behalf, some mortal and some I believe to be ethereal. This book tells many stories that show why I believe that to be true. I realized that if we have a conscious awareness and acceptance of our significance on a daily basis and the affect we have on each other is so important. I hope this book will help others to become more aware of the necessity for their birth and that one person can truly change things for the better.

Book The Disciples of Goedric

Download or read book The Disciples of Goedric written by Jeffrey Jude and published by Jeffrey Jude. This book was released on 2011-10-11 with total page 354 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: The Disciples of Goedric A Trilogy I. Gay Gene Rising II. Guardians of the Blood III. SoulFire and Tears The Sons and Daughters of Goedric had fallen. For more than 2,700 years their once noble creed drifted, trapped in time like a ripple across an endless sea with no hope of shore. All that remained were broken memories and a fragile hope that had been cast into the winds of time by Judea-the_just and Ruth the Raven-Haired. In the not so distant future, young Etan flees his Chicago apartment, narrowly escaping IFC henchmen who will stop at nothing to get him back under their control. Burdened by relentless fits and horrific visions, his only hope rests with a rag-tag group of friends, led by two tough, old-guard lesbians who never thought they’d live long enough to witness the horrors of a second gay plague. Sue DeGault and Sue Keller pray for strength as they prepare to battle fate and the IFC, a corporate goliath controlled by a ancient and powerful family that could trace its roots to the days of King Yoshiyahu... a family that had been raging a war against homosexuals for thousands of years. Far away in the remote mountains of Mexico, a great grey-wolf raises ts muzzle and curled back his lips to taste the air. The scent of blood stings his palette, and he howls into ancient winds as they paint the mists with death. The winds were born on the battlefield, in a time long past. They saw the Great Purge of King Yoshiyahu. They witnessed the atrocities that were committed in the name of Yahweh, and they moaned in anguish as the blood of the Disciples of Goedric muddied the ground. His great howl echoed through the mountaintops, heralding the second dawn of Man's hope, and the very universe braced itself for the impossible... and the Eternal Void trembled in fear.
