Le système hybride obtenu (SIG-AMC) est associé, d'une manière complémentaire, à l'utilisation des nouvelles Techniques d'Information et de Communication (TICs : Internet, Téléphonie mobile, Réseaux Sociaux : Twitter, Facebook), pour couvrir et prendre en charge toute la dimension de la communication entre les différents acteurs afin de mettre en œuvre et d'assurer une gouvernance participative des territoires.
