Ce travail a pour but de contribuer à la mise en œuvre d'une méthode de validation d'ordonnance standard. Nous avons utilisé celle de Calop J. et l'avons comparée à d'autres méthodes. Elle s'avère être efficiente. Pour valider une ordonnance en temps réel, la forme raccourcie de l'algorithme de Calop, basée sur les 4 «points critiques» (contre-indications physiopathologiques ; posologies ; interactions médicamenteuses IAM ; présence de médicaments à marge thérapeutique/biologique étroite) crible de la prescription permet d'identifier tout problème pharmaco-thérapeutique. L'intervention pharmaceutique ne concernera que les IAM cliniquement significatives. L'application s'est faite sur 100 ordonnances reflétant les pathologies courantes et les maladies chroniques. Les résultats de ce travail sont deux livres libellés « 50 ordonnances à la loupe » tome 1 (332 p.) et 2 (300 p.) ayant des visées didactique et de pratique officinale.
