Dr Princess Oghogho IYASE-ODOZI's post-doctoral research is an in-depth iconographic study found on the Royal Court Art and the 'lost and found' rich apparel that is unique to the Edo-Benin Kingdom of Nigeria, AFRICA. The discovery of Onanagbenen (royal Icons) textile apparel designs is an uncharted territory that provides a new frontier of opportunities. The work seeks to unravel the esoteric knowledge embedded in each of the ancient icons and symbols that were inscribed on most of the ancient Edo-Benin bronzes, ivories, bones, woodwork, textiles, apparel, and beads. Dr. IYASE-ODOZI, the founder and Initiator of EDO- BENINICONOGRAPHY.COM Study/Project, and co-authored with Okpia-Oba Uhunekpenma Idubor. The book is divided into six (6) major areas: Chapter 1).
