Este livro é dirigido principalmente para os programas de pós-graduação em Administração e áreas afins do Brasil. Todavia, a leitura deste livro pode, também, auxiliar empreendedores na criação e desenvolvimento de pequenas empresas. Penso que os temas nele tratados, embora em um linguajar mais acadêmico, podem ser úteis às pessoas que se aventurarem em um projeto empreendedor.
