Freshwater prawn and Penaeid shrimp are the crustaceans that are adding to seafood exports from the country. Aquaculture of Asian seabass, milkfish, mullets, grouper and cobia etc. has been gaining momentum. The total aqua feed production is touching almost 300,000 tons per annum.
