We must deeply assimilate what it means to be formless and allow that knowledge to pervade our entire consciousness. Questions such as "How can I come to know that I cannot die?" and "How do I live from this place of Truth?" begin to become very important to us. In this book we will look at specific points of contemplation that are designed to help come to know beyond doubt that to be formless means we cannot die, we cannot suffer and we are infinite. This book embodies the process that every awakened being has gone through and will allow you to let go of all doubt and fear. Think of this book as a road map to the awakened state of Being. It is the essence of every Sage's journey and it will allow you to bring forth the Sage that is in you right now. This book is the answer to every student's question of "How do I live as this?"

Book excerpt: Have you had a realisation of your true nature? Have you seen yourself to be the formless awareness? Many of us are having such revelations of our true Self and yet few come to live and move in the world as the Sage does. We must deeply assimilate what it means to be formless and allow that knowledge to pervade our entire consciousness. Questions such as "How can I come to know that I cannot die?" and "How do I live from this place of truth?" begin to become very important to us. In this book we will look at specific points of contemplation that are designed to help us come to know beyond doubt that to be formless means we cannot die, we cannot suffer and we are infinite. It is one thing to have seen what we truly are and another thing altogether to have totally transcended any doubts, fears and challenges to living as this formlessness. This book embodies the process that every awakened being has gone through and will direct you to contemplate important questions that will allow you to let go of all doubt and fear. Many Saints, Teachers and Sages advise us to "stay as the Self" or "be the awareness" but this teaching can be vague when we need it most. Think of this book as a road map or signpost to the fully lived awakened state of Being. It is the distilled down essence of every Sages journey and it will allow you to bring forth the Sage that is in you right now. This book is the answer to every students question of "How do I live as this?"

Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: To Be Formless means to become something without a form. It's to live a life without limits, without validation from others, and become fearless. Too often, we lived in a world where we're boxed in and blocked off. We block ourselves of our full potential because of fear within, and fear of what others may think about us. We live in a world where people are too afraid to step out of their comfort zones and become the person they're designed to be. We instead, live life through illusions and filters to block the true essence of who we are. We rather live life seeking validation and acceptance of others to feel self-fulfilled. In the end, we're all human, we have flaws, we suffer, we strive, and we live. You matter through it all. Don't change who you are because you don't know who you can become until you stretch out and reach the sky.

Book Forming the Formless

Download or read book Forming the Formless written by Jason Shurka and published by Page Publishing Inc. This book was released on 2020-04-23 with total page 115 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: This book is meant to be used as a guide to help you realize what already exists within. It will shed Light where darkness may reside. It will assist you in revealing and awakening the wisdom and knowledge that you already possess in your soul. After all, wisdom cannot be taught; it can only be attained through the medium of knowledge and experience if transmuted correctly. You cannot learn wisdom; you may only reveal it. The following ideas and concepts are not meant to give you conclusions and answers about how the universe works; rather, they are meant to simply open your doors of thought for you to explore further and perceive the world in your own unique way. What will follow is a life in which you have complete control, a higher level of consciousness, and a stronger connection to your inner true self. Take your time and read each sentence carefully. Consider reading some chapters more than once, perhaps even multiple times. Allow your soul to digest the information it is receiving and the wisdom it is revealing. Where you take it is up to you!

Book excerpt: Formless Formation is an experimental project conceived and co-authored by two performance theorists working in critical aesthetics and political thought. The book is an insurgent revolt, walking side by side with plural and planetary anticolonial forces organizing against debt, expropriative extractive capital, environmental catastrophe, and the militarized policing of people and borders. It is in direct conversation with all Indigenous, Black, Brown, ecological, queer, diasporic movements and struggles against capitalist predatory formations across time and space. Through shared resonances across differing aesthetic life-worlds and solidarities that bypass the nation-state, Ruiz and Vourloumis bring to the forefront performative and aesthetic practices and methods that address current and future social organizing.

Book Shaping Formless Fire

Download or read book Shaping Formless Fire written by Stephen Mace and published by . This book was released on 2019-06 with total page 0 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: Magick depends upon no abstract philosophies, and doing it requires neither devotion to any god or demon nor knowledge of the True Keys of the Mysteries. Instead it is a technique for recognizing and manipulating psychic energy, both within the psyche and outside it, and for acquiring the mental skills we need to do this effectively. If the details of this technique can seem involved, well, the psyche is a complicated instrument, and psychic energy is slippery stuff to deal with. We must learn to manage it within our psyches and also to split it off so it can act independently to produce the "meaningful coincidences" we require. Magick is a psychic technology, a collection of observations about psychic energy and the techniques for manipulating it. Shaping Formless Fire presents these with a simple elegance that contradicts the notion that Magick must remain a hidden art. There is psychic energy with us and all around us. We use its power to make our worlds, and to master it is to learn how to make the worlds we require. To see it as merely the way we perceive the world is to put ourselves at its mercy, and forfeit its power.

Book The Formless Substance

Download or read book The Formless Substance written by Rev. Michael A. Long and published by BalboaPress. This book was released on 2013-08-01 with total page 94 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: Mike brings us back to our inherited spiritual powers and helps us to ignite the miracle of the Holy Ghost and the Christ consciousness in our lives. The book shows us how to recover from our alliance on the lack of spiritual comfort from the law of attraction, or past mental sciences, to discovering the healing power of Gods water, and our ability to achieve spiritual greatness. I have read metaphysical literature for the past twenty-five years, but Mike Longs book quite literally breaks the mold and offers something totally unique for readers who are interested in using manifestation to change their lives. Longs cutting-edge blend of metaphysics and Christianity produces an eye-opening explanation of why so many people are frustrated with what has come to be known as the Law of Attraction. In a world filled with both dark forces and spiritual opportunity, The Formless Substance demonstrates how Mike Longs life coaching cuts through worn-out New Age rhetoric to bring the explosive, life-changing power of God into a persons life. Mikes spiritual workouts will begin to change your outlook in a matter of weeks and enable you to achieve true spiritual growth and a more rewarding life in general. This book has my highest recommendation. William Hammett, novelist, poet, and critic

Book Formless in Form

Download or read book Formless in Form written by Linda H. Chance and published by . This book was released on 1997 with total page 343 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: What makes a work of literature readable? This book asks that question of one of the classics of Japanese literature, the Tsurezuregusa (Essays in Idleness) by Kenko (1283-1352), a collection of brief, fragmentary reflections on a number of subjects. In Japanese literary history the work is classified as one of the first collections of zuihitsu, or informal essay. This first extended critical treatment of Tsurezuregusa goes back to its author and his time to rebuild the discursive world of the early fourteenth century and to examine such matters as whether genre labels assist reading or obscure significant comparisons and contexts. The book presents compelling arguments against considering Tsurezuregusa as an example of zuihitsu; instead, the text is treated as a deliberate, controlled effort by Kenko to force the reader to confront the impermanent and contingent nature of existence through experiencing the text. The book develops this view by studying the collaborative strategies operating between writers and readers in medieval Japan, the intellectual intent and devices of Kenko's text, and the many kinds of writing on which it draws. We learn how a text with a commitment to shaping responses to the world is simultaneously dedicated to exploding the reader's identification with the presumably unchanging facts of existence. The aesthetics of impermanence (mujo), central to medieval Japanese thinking, emerges not only as what writing is about but also as a means to demonstrate and to encourage the enactment of aesthetics by readers. Thus, a work that seems formless, to have little structure, is shown to be so in the interest of form, that is, of conveying a clear meaning to its audience. Or, to express it with a more Buddhist inflection amenable to Kenko, although the form that we can perceive is contingent on conditions and is hence formless, the fact of form continues to matter absolutely. Both literature and the nature of existence are readable because of the interplay of provisional and absolute truths, of the writer's and the reader's approaches to texts.

Book The Heresy of Formlessness

Download or read book The Heresy of Formlessness written by Martin Mosebach and published by . This book was released on 2006 with total page 218 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: Sure to be the subject of much discussion, this book takes a look at the post Vatican II approach to liturgy through the eyes of a man who says the Church has lost much and gained nothing through the promulgation of the "Novus Ordo" Mass. An accomplished novelist and writer, German author Martin Mosebach gives a plea for a return to the preconciliar Latin Rite, giving a persuasive and compelling argument against what he sees as a jarring break in tradition. Yet there is another way to approach the Liturgy. In his foreword, Fr. Joseph Fessio, S.J., points out the difference between Mosebach's approach and "those who, like myself, the Adoremus Society, and--I think I can assert this with confidence--Pope Benedict XVI, advocate a rereading and restructuring of the liturgical renewal intended by the Second Vatican Council, but in light of the Church's two-thousand-year tradition."

Book excerpt: In contemporary psychoanalysis, a key concept and aim of clinical practice is to distinguish the boundaries of any mental state. Without this boundary-setting, the patient has nothing but the 'formless infinite' of primitive mental states. Formless Infinity: Clinical Explorations of Matte Blanco and Bion draws on the work of these two authors to explore how analysts can work with patients to reveal, understand and ultimately contain their primitive mental states. Riccardo Lombardi discusses the core concepts of the unconscious, the role of the body in analysis, time and death. He displays the clinical implications of Matte Blanco’s theoretical extension of Freud’s theory of the unconscious, presenting numerous clinical examples of working with psychosis and other severe pathologies. Formless Infinity, a stimulating teaching text for students, trainers and seasoned mental health practitioners, is essential reading for psychoanalysts and psychoanalytic psychotherapists. It is particularly recommended to analysts interested in widening the scope of the analytic practice by exploring the functioning of the deep unconscious, primitive mental states, psychosomatic pathologies and psychotic conditions.
