También puede utilizarse, ya que su temario está contenido, para la preparación del Cuerpo General Auxiliar de la Administración del Estado.A lo largo del libro se establecen en lo que se refiere al primer ejercicio de la oposición, el cuestionario tipo test, las referencias normativas más exactas posibles que regulan la materia concreta. Éste es el gran objetivo y utilidad de esta Guía Normativa: identificar con exactitud el precepto o, en su caso, la norma reguladora de la materia incluida en el tema, con el fin de que el opositor no se disperse en explicaciones u opiniones doctrinales sino que vaya al grano, a lo que realmente le van a plantear en el cuestionario.Las preguntas tipo examen no son test de autoevaluación (aunque se pueden utilizar alguna vez así), son mucho más que eso. Son las que nos ayudarán qué datos son importantes y cuáles no. Hay temas con muchas preguntas y temas con pocas. Hay varias preguntas sobre un mismo artículo. No son casualidades. Utilice esa información, es de gran valor. Los temas con más preguntas debemos ponerles toda la atención posible. Los artículos objeto de más de una pregunta debemos ser capaces de recitarlos.Esta guía no es un resumen, los artículos están completos. Ahora bien, sólo están los que serán objeto de examen, así el interesado en superar esta prueba invertirá su esfuerzo y su tiempo en memorizar lo que es materia de pregunta de examen.Puede servir como base para que el opositor elabore su propio temario. Puede servir como apoyo a la preparación con una academia, con preparador. Para un interesado que no se haya acercado antes al Derecho Público y quiera conocer más, le podría ser de utilidad, aunque no es imprescindible, complementar esta Guía Normativa con algún temario, o podría acudir a una academia o a un preparador, o ver videos de youtubers, o cualquier otra opción. Para un opositor autodidacta esta guía es suficiente, tiene un valor en sí misma. La Guía es lo que hay que saberse. En el proceso de aprendizaje pueden servir otras herramientas. Resulta útil conocer las preguntas y las respuestas, todas, las correctas y las erróneas, para entender la forma en que se nos va a formular la pregunta y la forma en que nos van a plantear las alternativas. Al menos, tendremos, después del estudio de esta guía, un conocimiento del alcance y del contenido de las preguntas tipo, que nos ayudará a cumplir el objetivo.
