Reacting by pressing when the coach's whistle blows, seeing the red color on a paper or when the number of a mathematical operation is even, from the perspective of how he learns our brains, will not get the same benefits for the soccerer as pressing after losing the ball, after bad control of the opponent or after the opponent's arrival in a danger zone.
