La cosa più importante è che un negoziatore impari a prepararsi. Dipende da quanto si vuole ottenere ciò che si vuole alla fine. Più si vuole, meglio ci si prepara alla trattativa e si mostra durante il processo di negoziazione che non si è così interessati al risultato finale. Un buon negoziatore sa come pianificare tutto in modo efficiente e bene. Tutto quello che devi fare è dare valore alle tue idee e credere di essere prezioso. Negoziare non è una battaglia, non per oggi o domani ma per tutta la vita. Posso solo sfidarvi a leggere questo libro così come gli altri di Value Culture e vi auguro di avere successo!
